Kids love using this. Easy to focus and view the slides. Comes with everything you need. Seems to be well built and comes in protective case.

I liked the easy use ; BUT we need a better instruction guide!!!!!

I LOVE the microscope! I use it to do fecal samples on my goats. It cost me $26 every time I take a sample to my vet! I can know when to worm my goats. I can check them as often as I want! I just wish I could use the phone holder and the lens to connect to my laptop, but the phone holder doesn’t work at all. And the app that’s needed to use the microscope can’t be downloaded! If I ever figure it out… I will post a link.

Trying to find out what type of batteries are required. Standard or rechargeable. Also, what size battery. No information available. Manual doesn't discuss batteries. Can't get an answer from the manufacturer. (Finally figured that it uses AA batteries and they aren't connected to the external power source.The manual uses tiny print and can't be read without a magnifying glasses. And it's in broken English. Few lines in a table are in Chinese.

It has a lot better quality. Seems pretty great.

Quality is lacking. Clarity is lacking. Lighting is not adjustable even though there's supposed to be a toggle for it, the toggle doesn't work. The different colored films are a cool touch. Compared to a professional microscope this one pales in comparison obviously because it's a cheap microscope for home use. Magnification could be better. Definitely difficult to understand for anyone as there's little to no instructions and the so called driver that let's you use the microscope with a PC is inaccessible or if you find it it's shady as he'll and looks like it will infect your PC with a virus. The software also DOESNT WORK AT ALL. I WAS VERY DIDAPPOINTED as the PC integration was the main reason I got this microscope. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It's quality is that of a child's toy and it's priced way to damn high for what you get.

Was quite surprised at the quality of this little gem. I use it to diagnose pond water and fish, this unit did not disappoint.

Bought this for an eight year old who loves science. The top selling points were the phone hook up and that you could cast it to a T.V. Neither of these features worked. The very cheap instructions tell you to install the software but none was included. I tried a few software programs I got online but none of them worked either. The microscope itself works fine but if you're buying it for the phone and casting abilities don't bother wasting your money.
