Much better than stock
Fit in like a glove! Wasn't hard to install, but a little time consuming! But it fit in and is made of metal, that is why the original fail, it is plastic!

Only took 18 years, but the actuator in my 06 300C finally broke, so I bought this. It's built like a tank! Super solid, should easily last the remaining life of the vehicle. Easy to install if you know what you're doing.

Direct fit replacement for the fragile "pink thingy" at a good price
It's not "if" but "when" your original Mopar pink thingy shifter interlock is going to break - and this one is a direct replacement, without paying $20+ for some fancy name; this one works perfectly.
