Well made, soft, comfortable. Also comes with a removable slide on sleeve. I love the gray color. The size is a little tall for my neck, but I plan to keep it. I will also order the brace in blue which is a half inch smaller. Many thanks for a very good soft and comfortable product. The blue is a half inch shorter, and also, more comfortable for me. Great fit! I needed neck support while mowing the yard due to recent cervical surgery. It comes with a covering that can be washed but, I needed something better to absorb the dust & weed clippings that mowing throws around. Dirty yard work! I found that a man's tube sock works perfectly. After mowing, I throw it in the laundry and it's ready again. This support is great support to keep my neck from "bobbing" as I mow, running over gopher holes & fire ant mounds that cause my neck to jar.

I have problems with my neck it hurts and is hard to hold my head up. It does help hold my head up but I feel like I'm being choked. It is a good neck brace.

This is not suitable for a bed ridden person

It will be a great item to help hold my mom’s head up and relieve pain from compression fracture to vertebrae.

The stitching around the velcro ripped the first time I took it off.But it is comfortable and a good size. I have chronic neck pain from bad posture and after wearing it at my computer for maybe only an hour, I felt my neck relax in a way I haven't felt in years, which was incredible.I will be replacing this one to see if this was just a defective one or if it's a quality issue in general and will update my review.Edit: I don't know if the stitching is better or not on the replacement because I could tell that it was used as soon as I took it out of the bag. It is disgusting to resell an item that was used on someone's body that touches their skin directly around their face without washing it first. I just had covid when I was using the one that I just had to return because it was ripped. So hopefully no one gets that one resold to them. Good luck buyers.

The concern always is that if the finish is poor, then material safety is also a concern. If a company is not going to produce a product with superlative quality, then they are going to cut corners when it comes to other concerns. Are they using carcinogenic materials, was the product manufactured in sanitary conditions and under fair labor conditions and wages?Long story short disappointing and concerning, but functional.
