What size are nerlie dolls..i bought nerlie micro kit for my granddaughter...it seems so small...does it work with all nerlie dolls...

I believe the micro kit works with all the neonate dolls. Hope that helps. Remember the body portion is smaller in relation to the doll head. They are very cute!

do these have a scent ?

A light baby powder scent. The scent has lasted the 8 months she has had it. It still smells strong.
