I use this in my shower, where the ventilation is nonexistent. It helps keep mold at bay and works quickly. As with most mold removers, the product smell is strong so make sure you’re using in an open area or a space that is well ventilated. I open the window, which helps the scent dissipate quickly. This is the only product I’ve found that continuously works on my 40+ year-old tile. Until I can replace it, this keeps the tile looking good and mold free.

Works well, as expected. It gets the job done. It smells like a highly concentrated bleach. I would be sure to wear gloves and potentially an industrial mask as the cleaner is strong and might make you dizzy. The price was reasonable. The spray lasts a while. The nozzle sprays well. It's super easy to use with or without instructions. It's a great option to tackle mold as it removes it nearly effortlessly.

I love this stuff!! I apparently have a poor ventilation fan in my bathroom because every so many months I get black mildew on the ceiling over my tub. So annoying climbing up there to clean it. This stuff I spay on and come back hours later and its all gone!! Word of caution. It smells like straight bleach. I don't know what's in it but that's what it smells like. Even with my arm fully distended trying not to be right under it I was inhaling the small droplets and let me tell you burned lungs are not good. I googled it and apparently breathing in these types of fumes can cause permanent lung damage if it doesn't kill you! So second time I used it I put on a N(95 mask, opened the widow and turned on the exhaust fan while trying to not stand under it and not create a lot of raining down droplets at once. That was better. Also it will bleach out any clothes your wearing and any towels , curtains, rugs that are around so remove all that. I close the bathroom door for the day and let it do it's thing. Bonus the areas that I cleaned stay clean alot longer!! Like its been 9 month or more and the black mold hasn't come back in those areas. At least on my ceiling. Now the caulk in my tub is another story. It comes back. But it does clean it well when I use it there. Just let it sit and work. Be sure to rinse it well before you get in the tub, it makes the tub very slippery.

You need nothing else but this stuff !.. it is very potent and the smell alone might do me in but if I die I won’t have any mold around me bc it does a great job ! No scrubbing or hard work . You just spray and leave

I would love to give this product five stars! It works so well. However, the bottle breaks EVERY SINGLE TIME! Please make the bottle more durable, especially where the spray nozzle attaches to the bottle. I’ll also add, that when using this product, WEAR A MASK! The fumes are super powerful. I turn on the vents in my bathroom and shut the doors to prevent the smell from coming into my bedroom and the rest of my house.

10/10 100% Recommend! I won't explain in detail the situations revolving around my Comparisons, but I can confirm that this truly does kill and protect from mold! Had a big mold problem in a bathroom, ceiling was completely covered in it. Attempted to clear with CLR following directions to the letter. Cleared half of the bathroom with it before having to come back to it. The mold had begun to repopulate in the places that were cleaned within the week. Had similar results with other remedies. Then I decided to order this. It took forever to arrive because purely because of where I live. When it arrived I was preparing for a vacation, so I tested it in a small area on the ceiling to see the results it would produce. Within minutes there was a difference. I could literally watch the mold change color as it decayed away within the first minute of application. I didn't let that get me too excited though. After completely cleaning the test area, I had to let it sit. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I'm finally able to return to it. To my surprise, upon my return the area was STILL COMPLETELY SPOTLESS even in a prime environment to repopulate that area. It had completely killed the mold and protected the area from further mold spawning. The bathroom is finally free of mold after a long battle! Needless to say, if I have any further mold problems this brand will definitely be my go to!

This stuff works. It is strong to smell but let it set a few minutes then rinse. I don't have to scrub much unless I do it while I'm in the shower and don't let it set.

There is nothing like this product, I literally watched mold and fungus, dissolve and disappear before my eyes. I bought my third bottle and the other products that this company offers. Over the top fantastic.
