I had been using a less expensive rotary blade, but there is no comparison to the superior cutting ability of the Fiskars blade. It cuts smoothly, doesn’t “skip” leaving sections of fabric uncut and stays sharp through multiple uses. I sew several garments a month and these blades are well worth the cost for quality of clean edges and time savings.

Works perfrct in my DIY rawhide lace/sm. strap hand crank roller cutter, Sharp too !

I cut lots of plastic shopping bags and this cutter has saved my hand! It has made the job a breeze! Drawback is that the blade loosens- my DIL’s has done the same thing.

I didn't realize how dull my rotary blade was until I got a new one! It's fantastic! There are a couple different kinds, though, so be sure to chose the correct one.
