Lebara Pay As You Go Combi Sim Card With £5 Preloaded

If you’re looking for a good Simcard at a cheap price then Lebara is the way to go. I have two Simcards from Lebara at £5 each and they do other deals as well so you should have a look at them for yourself

All though the lebara sim is good value for money I was disappointed that I couldn't get a network connection when I was on holiday in Ireland and although I rang customer services and was guided through what to do I still couldn't get a connection.

I have been using a Lebara SIM card for a while and got many issues: 1 - Roaming doesn't work most of the time. People calling me get a message saying "this number is not in use" or something like that. They don't even get forwarded to voicemail, which is really bad. So every time I go abroad, I have to forward all my calls to voicemail and then check my voicemail on a regular basis. That is really unpractical and annoying. And I am not talking exotic countries here, roaming does not even work in Paris! 2 - Mobile internet is unreliable. It is not working on my phone at this moment. 3 - Customer service isn't good either: wrote to them about roaming problem and never got a reply. 4 - People calling you in the UK from other networks like O2, Vodafone, Orange or T-mobile pay extra fees on top of their standard tariffs. I don't recommend it.

Good value SIM for phoning abroad. Sky charge 38p/min for Lebabra's 12p/min equivalent.

PAID FOR £5 CREDIT. INSTALLED CARD ONLY TO FIND £0. No credit. Tried to add credit but was refused despite correctly entering details. Now ordering new bank card hoping I will still have money in my bank.
