I love this item. Easy to assemble, great value for money, and built with great quality. After having friends over they now own one. During the hurricane last year I lost powder. But the lights where still coming on at night. I have now 2 sets.

UPDATE: This vendor contacted me (I did not initiate the conversation) in regards to my original, less than favorable, review. All I can say is that their customer service is outstanding. They truly care about making their customers happy and they stand by their products. If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely going to do business here again. I looked into other products they sell and they have some really nice things. A company that goes above and beyond in this manner deserves to be supported these days. I simply received the one in a million dud which does not, in any way, represent the product or the company. I stand by my original comments in regards to looks and quality which are both fantastic. These lamps are solid (metal, not plastic) and will withstand the elements easily (I live in zone 3 so that says a lot). Overall, I am left as a completely happy and satisfied customer who highly recommends this product as well as the vendor. Original review: I wanted these for two large planters I have out front. I don’t always like to keep my front light on, but I like a little something out there because I live in the mountains and it is pitch dark at night. While I really like the look of these, and they feel solid, I clearly got a previous return (I knew that before I even opened the box by how it was so poorly re-taped) and once I opened and inspected the contents, it just confirmed it was a return. There are bumps and dings and dents and scratches on the solar panels as well as a squeezed end of one of the pipes that I had to get tools to try and straighten out. I’m just so tired of paying good money for clearly used items. I’m sending it back and trying again. Like I said, it’s a nice sized and nice looking lamp post and it will be perfect for my needs, but if I’m getting used goods, I should get them at a used price.

Easy to assembble, very attractive and lights up entire patio. Am ordering more for front of house and for back of property.
