Great product and easy to install and play wirelessly over Somos
Great product. So easy to setup and play wirelessly over Sonos. Loving playing my vinyl collection throughout my flat.

High failure rate after 3 months. Not once but twice on replacement models. Avoid!
After two replacements and failure of each model after 3 months I had to abandon this. Thankfully the UK supplier issued a full refund outside the warranty period Victrola in the States tried to offer solid support, but reality is while this sounds fantastic on initial purchase to have three models all fail with major issues after less than 4 months is totally unacceptable and the hassle and to and fro with the supplier and having to return the unit are just not worth the hassle, especially at the inflated price. Problems were the sound would suddenly get jittery and distorted, as if someone was turning the volume up and down very quickly, maling the results totally inaudible. To have this happen once was bad enough. To have it happen again on a second new model is unforgivable. Great idea but poorly executed, presumably because cheap failing components are being used (something Victrola has a reputation for). Such a shame as I fell in love with the product when it first arrived, but just not worth all the hassle and I believe there's a readon the price dropped by 25% after less than a year and now UK suppliers refuse to stock it.

Setup from opening the box to listening to the first album was less than 15 minutes. Super smooth with zero glitches. I’ve spun about a half dozen albums and have enjoyed perfect sound quality without glitches. A little pricey but worth it for the seamless connection with my whole home Sonos system. Highly recommended if you want to connect a turntable to Sonos.

Great integration with the Sono system. I can power and operate it anywhere with Wi-Fi and then play it on any Sonos in my house. I love the option to delay play for increased quality.

There are cheaper options. I only got this as it syncs wirelessly with Sonos. Expensive for what it is

First thing I did when looking up this record player…. I found out that it was expensive. They were selling this on there website for $800 I was able to get this record player for cheap here on Amazon because it was 25% off, only paid $625 for it. ITS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! the sound is incredible and it’s very simple to use. When I think of Victrola, I don’t think of nice high end turn tables… but this is the one. great build quality but yet it’s so simple, nice and Sounds amazing. Your paying the high price because it will last you a long time. I’ve only had it for a few days but I can already tell it’s going to last a long time. The only downside to this turn table is that it doesn’t really have a good dust cover, other than that, it’s definitely worth the money.

I was very reluctant to buy this seeing the slow-play issues from some reviewers, but it is fine. I also wonder if that might be an assembly issue with the way the consumer has to string the drive belt. It comes attached to the turntable and is taped to the side of the pictured hole with a ribbon to pull it over the pulley. It's easy enough, but whoever taped mine had it flipped so, when placed as instructed, there was a 180 degree twist in the belt. I'm not sure if that's enough to cause the slowing issues, but I'd recommend moving the belt with your finger and flipping it if twisted. Edited 1/25: Dropped from 5 stars to 2. The app and Sonos connection are terrible. I have a top of the line mesh network and no issues with any other devices. Only connects 30% of the time. The rest of the time you are infuriated by the fact that you have no way to listen to your vinyl. The help sites (of course...) only blame the wifi/home network. Many others report same issues. Ended up hooking a bluetooth transmitted to the RCA jacks. I hate my decision to get this.
