Finally, an office chair that is comfortable AND built to last.
This chair really exceeded my expectations and I am a harsh critic, and rarely give such high marks. I highly recommend it. My package arrived in a single box and from opening to finishing the assembly took me about 15 minutes. Simple assembly and only one tool is required and it is included. This chair comes with some quality features only found on much more expensive office chairs. First thing I noticed was that rather than cheap plastic casters, with plastic wheels, the casters/wheels are very heavy duty and the wheels feel like high grade urethane, similar to skateboard wheels, with ball bearing hubs.... Rolling over uneven tile and carpet is a breeze... The next feature and one that reminded me of the great office chairs from years ago, rather than a molded plastic base, which often fail, this char base is welded steel! Heavy-duty reinforced welded base. The chair cushions are firm and well padded, and very comfortable. I had been looking for a good chair since purchasing and returning a Lazy Boy from Costco. The chair just was not comfortable and made me feel like I was being "dumped" on the floor... regardless of the adjustments. The base was plastic and casters were similar to those on all under $300 office/desk chairs.... So when my wife spotted this chair we thought we'd try it...glad we did. And if you are a little bigger person this chair is rated for 350 pounds...and you can believe it. It also has an air adjustable lumbar support, so the support can be adjusted to you individual taste. I had just been playing with the feature, and it works terrific. Not a cheap chair, but if you are tired of buying office desk chairs only to become dissatisfied and buy a new one, this chair could be a big savings.

WORTH THE MONEY!!!!
UPDATE::: it has been a little over a year since I purchased this chair and I can honestly say I still love it!!! It is still sturdy as the day I bought it and the cushions have held up with no deterioration!!! It is by far the best purchase I have made for my office!!!! Everyone loves it and the face it has lasted and still sits as good as it did the first day says a lot!!! I work 5 days a week and spend a lot of time in this chair, in fact I am sitting in it right now. You wonโt regret it if you decide to purchase this chair. Now my husband wants one in brown lol!!!! Guess what is on his Christmas list!!!! This chair is by far the best I have owned!!!! It literally took me 20 minutes to put it together by myself! I have it in my office at work and I absolutely love it!! I have owned and sat in many chairs with my job, some being high end and some just your average office chair and I can tell you that this one is better than any I have sat in! I work at a desk 85% of my day and I will tell you that this chair far outweighs my expectations!! The padding on the seat is awesome!! I was afraid it would look cheap, but the material is beautiful and looks expensive. The inflatable lumbar support is a plus!!!! The wheels are super quiet when rollingโฆ the arm rest have thick padding making them comfortable!!!This chair is definitely worth the cost!!! Now several of my coworkers want one!!!

Soft heavenly comfort, but inflatable lumbar support seems to lose its inflation after an hour or so
OMG, yeah thatโs right this chair is just freaking heaven. I just put it together today and sat in it and my back was immediately relieved. Iโve never felt so comfortable. Iโve been living with a rickety computer chair with one armrest that broke off, and the other one is rickety and wobbles. And the casters even with the carpet mat I had to jerk around to slide up to my computer desk. What an annoying piece of crap. So this is an absolute beauty. Iโm in heaven,โฆ to the lumbar support thatโs adjustable, I thought the bulb might even take my blood pressure, lol but adjusting the lumbar support from firm to softer is a really cool feature. My spine is so relieved, itโs truly incredible. I love the feature of the armrest Lifting up so I can play guitar without anything getting in the way when I take a break from the computer. So cool. The seat itself is so soft and cushiony hugging my butt with warm softness. I donโt need one of those seat cushions supposedly relieving your spine butt bone I kept shifting around on that I had on the old chair and was going to get a new one but donโt need anything now. Itโs absolutely fabulous. I have to say thank you to the manufacturers for making such a great chair. and also looks very sturdy and durable, & should last a long time. And itโs really pretty to look at. Best investment Iโve ever made and worth the extra money of the cheaper ones. Definitely recommend this for anyone who needs comfort for hours, as I do being a Retouch artist on the computer most of the day. I really feel like Iโm in heaven just sitting down. Really super great chair. The padding, I didn't mention on the armrest are really great too. Great feel & great material. Worth every cent. Get one and feel the heaven. Good luck. **Here's an update a week later after having used the chair, Still liking all the features but recently realized a problem popped up, or I should say Down really. It's the inflatable lumbar support that seems to lose its inflation after about an hour or so and I have to pump it up again. Kind of disappointing expecting it to stay inflated until released. So I don't know if there's a leak in the airbag or some other problem that maybe the manufacture can help me solve. If necessary maybe replacing the back portion of the chair if this one is defective. I'm taking one star off for that problem. I'd appreciate any response to this. Thank you

The chair wasn't comfortable for me but I was able to return it for a full refund.
I'm 5'11". And yet this chair is built for someone taller than me. The arms are too high, and not adjustable at all except to be flipped up. The company has seen my review and plans to lower the arms in future products. A really tall person, say 6'3" or taller, might love this chair. Assembly was fairly easy. I had to leave the bolts loose and make some adjustments, as per the instructions. Seat is comfortable although I didn't sit in it very much because of the arms issue. There is bit of pressure under my legs near the front of the seat from the padding but I figure that would decrease over time as I broke it in. The lumbar inflation doesn't really do anything, but back support is good even without it. The double in-line wheels were very nice, rolling smoothly and quietly on my hard wood floor. I really wish the seat had been more comfortable because it seemed like a good chair overall.

Now I have to buy a 2nd one.
I bought this for my significant other who was overdue to replace his WFH office chair. Read the reviews, decided to order and I am now going to have to get one for myself! This is a SOLID chair. The casters are cased in a metal frame and it's two wheels per caster. The pedestal and armatures are also solid metal, unlike most chairs on the market. The wheels are also extra large so movement on any surface is going to be as smooth as a steep driveway encased in ice in Minnesota. Assembling this was straightforward, I do recommend that you NOT tighten all the bolts when fixing the back to the arms. You'll need a little wiggle room to get to the bottom set and if you tighten the top set all the way, you can't position it into place to do the 2nd set. Overall, I didn't need any help to put this together but if you're smaller in stature I recommend having a buddy with you. The seat is incredibly comfy, firm support and quiet. Love being able to lift the arms! Wish it had other color options like a camel brown ๐ค but am still buying another for myself.

Amazing Office Chair
I was skeptical at first when I bought this chair, and I am very happy with the results. It's extermly comfy, it's large enough for my legs can criss-cross on the seat, I can recline back when I adjust the nob, the lumbar support works amazing, and the neck rest is good. I love how the arm rests can move up and down, make it easier to slide in the desk area. This chair I would recommend highly. Espcially if you love black. This chair 99% of it is black. The only thing that isn't are the wheels. My chair matches perfectly. I'm not into chrome or silver much. The wheels are nice, rubber made material which it won't stick on anything. If you are into quiet chairs. This office chair is quiet! Yes, no noise which is another plus! My husband and I were tedting the noise by reclining back and forth, rolling around in the office and going in circles. Not one annoying noise! I am very happy qith my chair. Perfect.

Amazingy Chair!
I'd like to begin by stating that this is an amazing chair. It's seating is firm, its somewhat ergonomic, the exterior material, while not genuine leather, feel premium and well made, the instructions are clear and concise, but the required steps to assemble are so straightforward that the instructions are not needed, but appreciated as the photos provide a nice visual to confirm that you're doing everything correctly. The issues begin after the assembly of the chair. I noticed a 15 or so degree slant in the lumbar section of the chair where the top (lumbar) section of the chair meets the bottom (seating) section. 2 bolts screw into the seating portion while 2 screw into the top section and both sections are secured by an L shaped bracket that accommodates all 4 screws. The instructions direct you to screw in the bolts only to 70% tightness in order to allow yourself room to adjust and ensure that all holes align and everything is straight prior to tightening fully. Well.... I did this and in the end I noticed the slant. Convinced that this was a result of my own bone headedness, I disassembled, reassembled paying closer attention to correct alignment and bolt tightness management this time around. To avail however as the same error occurred, which upon closer inspection appears to be a manufacture defect due to the factory threaded hole s do not align causing a severe slant in the back of the chair. While at first glance the slant appears harmless, I challenge anyone to attempt siting in this chair or any other with the same defect as this one. I assure you, you will find no peace, much less comfort in the chair as the slant is felt consistently throughout the upper body due to the "lean effect" caused by the misalignment. It is painfully uncomfortable, and add to that...the casters do not lock whilst seated so you're stuck in a virtually never ending roller coaster of sorts. There is also a pump that dangles from the rear of the seat which allows you to inflate the lumbar section of the top portion of the chair thereby acting as a lumbar pillow which I love as it reminds me of the lumbar support in my Tundra which I absolutely cannot live without. The problem with this one however, is that once inflated....it cannot be deflated, (at least mine cannot) and when inflating there is no guide or alert system in place to notify you that enough is enough to prevent you from damaging the unit. All in all, it's a fairly decent chair but for the price I expected it to be not perfect, but at least do the things that it says it can do and do them with a modicum of decency. Alas, that appears to be too much to ask as the chair underwhelms and as much as I wanted to love this chair, I cannot recommend it. At least not until those flaws outlined here are corrected at which point I may love the chair at that point as it is solid aside from the aforementioned. Unfortunately, I discarded my box prematurely, so I'm unable to return my chair. Money lost can often times be a lesson well learnt. (At least that's what I tell myself to feel better about it.)
