Hi, I want to turn off the microphone on my headset, what should I do?

Hi, if you want to turn on/off the microphone then you just need to double click on the "+". To give you a better understanding of the function of the buttons on this headset, we have provided you with a video which we hope will help you.

Are these wireless for the xbox? Thanks in advance.

Yes, they are. My son us using this headset for PS4.

Why does it effect wifi connection ? Whenever the toggle is plugged in I seem to be disconnected and cant play online games but when removed I can

So i assume that when you remove the toggle you can play games but not with the headset right! Answering your question one of the reasons is a faulty toggle, very unusual but can happen!!
