I hesitated for about a month before I finally decided on this couch. I wanted something aesthetically pleasing, small enough for my space but large enough to seat 4-5 people comfortably, and under $2k. All couches similar to this one were $3k or more so I was worried, because this was the cheapest modular couch I could find, that it would also be cheap quality. Then it went on sale for $1600 so I couldn’t refuse!The couch arrived in 2 days (amazing!)It came in 7 large boxes and FedEx delivered them right to my door.Each box was labeled with its contents. There were 7 copies of the assembly manual (one in each box) which was great that I didn’t have to open all boxes to find the manual.Assembly was: twisting the feet on, slide the back rest and arm rest onto the base, plop the cushions on, AND DONE!! It couldn’t have been easier, took my nephew and I about 30mins to complete. It does come with brackets to connect the modules together but the rubber feet prevent each module from sliding so I didn’t use the connectors.And this couch does not look or feel cheap at all. Fabric feels soft yet durable and there hasn’t been any pilling, cushions are firm but has the perfect amount of sink and is very comfortable to lounge on. I purchased it in gray and it is a beautiful shade of gray. My pics don’t do it justice (it looks a lot darker in the pics than in person)The foundation seems sturdy (and there are no springs! So I can’t imagine that the couch would ever sink or cave in like my last couch did.. lol)I really can’t believe I got such a great couch at the price I paid!!!

Great couch! Even better customer service! I had a small quality issue which I mentioned, and provided pictures of and the customer service team was great with responsiveness and resolving!!We do wish the couch was a bit deeper, as we have tall family. But the ottomans make up for it. It’s very easy to move and configure for its modular style, and the cushions firm! Which we enjoy. We got the green color couch and couldn’t be happier. My pup, husband and I can all comfortably fit.The material is nice, not cheap or plasticky- definitely a fabric feel. My dog loves it too.The ottoman storage has ventilation in it!! Which is awesome! I didn’t think about that part but they did!Would recommend - I was looking at couches with 7th avenue and cozey but ultimately this company won!!!

I’ve had this couch about 5 months now and LOVE it. The covers all easily come off for washing. I love how versatile this couch is because you can put it together/arrange it in different ways. The fabric is holding up nicely so far. It’s also very comfortable - cushions are not too firm but also not too soft, they are just right in my opinion. The storage sections are also very spacious and convenient for storing my kids toys and couch blankets. They lift up very easily! I’ve had a few couches in my life and this is by far my favorite so far. Looks amazing, comfy, and easy to clean!

Light in weight for easy rearranging. Perfect for kids and younger people. Comfort is okay but with the lack height on the back you loose neck support. The Ottomans have plenty of storage room for various items.

Great product. Very sturdy and heavy. Love the storage in the Ottomans. It's really comfortable. I do wish the back was a little higher but you can tell from the pictures the back won't go all the way up for head support. Easy to fluff and re-fluff cushions.I wish the couch was a little taller. If you have bad knees, then getting up may be a challenge but you can longer chair legs.

This couch is the bomb! Just as the other reviews said, came in 7 boxes, insanely easy to assemble, VERY comfortable and sturdy. I have 8 dogs and 3 cats and the couch hasn't had ANY issues. It is easy to clean and looks SOOO good! 1000% worth it!

The build quality of these is excellent from top to bottom. Very sturdy frames with durable fabric and hardware between the pieces to keep them tightly connected. The ottoman's even have hydraulics for easy opening. Soft pillow backs, and medium firmness to the foam cushions, which sit atop spring-supported bases for a bit of extra give. The seat backs are a bit lower than I would prefer, but still support an upright position just fine. All in all, the designers and builders show their intentionality and pride in their work with these sofas. I agree with all the other high ratings; the Delaney model deserve every one of them.

The videos that are linked on the site are inaccurate as you cannot launder the cushion covers nor can you turn the cushions over... two big reasons that I would not recommend this. Also, the company customer service was less than stellar. Many of the cushions came with a grease-like substance on them and their customer service told me of an upholstery cleaner that I could buy to clean it... an the grease did come out... however, they did not agree to reimburse me for the cleaner. Also, the couches showed up with only four of the twenty-four legs. They did send them to me, but I had to tell them I wanted the legs. VERY disappointed as the couch is comfortable.

I was searching for months to replace our old couch, and I'm so glad that I stumbled upon this brand in Amazon. At first I was very skeptical about it but after reading a lot of positive reviews and watched tons of Youtube videos about it that's when I decided to pull the trigger. I opted for the 6 pcs variation and glad I did. Very spacious I may say, seats are kind of in the mid firmness which I like! I hate those sink in feel couch I just find the shape harder to maintain.Back rest pillows are on the softer side, if there's 2 things I wish they could've done better is having the back rest a little bit higher, but it is still a comfortable couch to sit, lay, lounge and having a nap on. And also having the center console with wireless charging available for customers to add on. It's an option that's currently hard to find, even in Chita's website they're out of stock!Definitely not a light weight. The build quality feels solid, some boxes needs to be carried by 2 person as they're heavy and bulky! Building process literally took me less than an hour to put together very straightforward process you only need to plan where you want to set it in your living area because once put together it's really hard to move around unless you set it up without installing the plates for the feet to prevent from moving.Final verdict... I'm really happy with the purchase, customer service was superb! Literally e-mailed them for a query and response time was very quick and in detail. Very satisfied with the build quality, practicality and comfortability of the couch! Highly recommended!
