Great Cocoa Powder
I am not a huge fan of chocolate and cocoa powder in particular. But this cocoa powder is delicious and not bitter tasting. Plus it blends in really well.

Great quality
This is so great in hot cocoa .. I use honey in it .. also love making the microwave individual cup brownies .. only takes a little over 1 minute .. I sprinkle it over my vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries with a little honey

Terrible tasting cocoa
This batch tasted bitter, metallic and or old. Normally Ghiardelli cocoa tastes great. Improper storage, expired batch ? If you buy some, test it first (taste, smell) before you ruin a whole batch of whatever recipe you will be putting it in.

Good ~ Dark is better!
I used to get Dark Cocoa and loved it! Now, I cannot find it!
