Great addition to my kitchen. Always wanted a nice spice rack beside my stove. Very sturdy.

Instructions are extremely basic. The unit itself is good and, if you decipher the instructions well enough, will work well enough and provide some good space for spices and the like. The action of the rack is smooth and the soft close is nice. Seems sturdy too and like it will last a while. So, overall, once it gets put together, then you’ll likely be happy with it

This is a very well made product. It seemed a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for and we are happy. After my husband spent hrs assembling, he noticed the left slide was broken. So he emailed the manufacturer. I had never handled a problem that way. So I called amazon, assuming we'd get a quicker response. I would just like to say the customer service around this problem was stellar! Jeff, at Amazon, assured us that we didn't need to disassemble the original product. He ordered the replacement rack and instructed us to simply pull the broken part out of the replacement rack and return the rest. This was on a Friday. By Sunday am, we also received an email from manufacturer asking us to take a picture of broken part so they could send the replacement pc. We are happy to send unopened replacement spice rack back to Amazon as soon replacement part fr manufacturer gets here. We couldn't have received better service. Parts break sometimes, but this rack is definitely worth the investment!

The product is good however the instructions on how to put together are horrible.
