Perfect table for kids
This tablet is perfect for kids. It’s easy to use, durable, and the parental controls are very helpful. My kids love the games and learning apps. Great value and a very good purchase. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great Tablet & Case! Toddler Proof & Mom Approved!
Bought this for my autistic 3 year old, since she had previously broken tablets I got her before, as she always found a way to get the case off, and also one for my 7 year old son, who does his homeschooling on tablet, as he also ends up dropping them and breaking them in some way. this was the such a great investment! Case stays on and is SUPER durable. Easy to use and came with Amazon kids, which allows me to keep parental controls so they cannot download or access anything they shouldn’t, and I can monitor and control access from an app on my phone! We use it to read bedtime stories, do homework, watch videos, etc! Great display, and lots of space so it can handle games and whatnot without slowing down. I did buy a removable micro SD card, so I’m sure that probably helps, but even without it, def worth the money! Also the case comes with a stand on it, which unlike other cases and stands previously, is super sturdy! Great quality! 10/10 would recommend!

Great Starter Tablet for Little Ones
Bought the Amazon Fire 7 Kids tablet (newest model, 2023 release) for my kid here in Florida—it's aimed at ages 3-7 and comes in fun colors like blue or purple with that chunky, kid-proof foam case (handle/kickstand built in). Super durable—survived a few drops already without a scratch. Setup is easy: includes 6 months of Amazon Kids+ (ad-free books, games, videos from Disney, Nickelodeon, PBS, etc.), then you can manage everything through simple parental controls (time limits, content filters, goals for learning). The 7-inch screen is bright enough for indoor use, and battery lasts a solid 10 hours of mixed play/videos—perfect for car rides or downtime. Performance is snappy enough for kids' stuff (30% faster processor than older ones, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage expandable via microSD), no major lag on games or shows. Comes with a 2-year worry-free guarantee—if it breaks, Amazon replaces it no questions asked. Only real downside: The screen resolution (1024x600) isn't super sharp compared to pricier tablets, and it runs Amazon's Fire OS (limited app store, no full Google Play), but for young kids focused on safe, curated content, that's actually a plus—no random downloads. Great value for the price—reliable, tough, and keeps them entertained without overwhelming them. I'd definitely buy again if another little one needs one. 4.5 stars!

Amazon Tablet
The perfect first tablet for my five year old! She was so excited to get it and it has been fairly easy for her to operate. I was hesitant after seeing all the reviews of people not being able to download things and having trouble. If you take the time to learn how to use it there are no issues! So far I've been able to add any apps I could on my phone to her tablet. Also has great parental control settings, including a timer and being able to adjust the tablet from your Amazon account on your phone instead of having to do it on the tablet itself. Allows the set up of two accounts so you can go back and forth from your kids to your own in order to change things there as well. My daughter has especially loved being able to download and read books from her tablet. Using the drawing app. Being able to take photos. And keeping some of her favorite movies downloaded! You can set these up for "calls" but we haven't done that part yet, you do so through Alexa apparently. Haven't had any trouble staying connected to wifi, and it's been connecting automatically. It's really lightweight but durable! The stand is also really helpful. The cover makes it look nice, and keeps it "kid proofed".

Worked great during the warranty time frame
I got this tablet in November of 2023. My toddler didn’t use it much the first year after I got it, maybe for a little bit a few times a week. Only after summer this year, she started using it more frequently. I was grateful it had the 2 year warranty and I also got it when it was on sale. I also purchased the screen protectors, along with all of the available and recommended accessories. Unfortunately, a month after the 2 year, warranty expired, the tablet started having significant issues almost out of no where. Which seemed interesting. The battery used to last definitely for ten hours and even being used here and there for days in a row. Now, sometimes the battery dies after being fully charged to 100% and used for less than a few hours. Sometimes it can’t even make it through a whole movie without the battery running out, when before, we could watch multiple movies back to back on road trips and still have some battery life left. I find myself plugging it in to charge to 100% multiple times a day some days. Or even having to just leave it plugged in to stay charged. It still has served us well, it has been a godsend for keeping my toddler occupied and distracted when I was super busy with my recent newborn and when I was home alone with them. With that being said, I would only get this tablet again if it went on sale. I do think that with the technical issues, especially regarding battery life, starting almost immediately after the warranty expires, that makes this tablet not worth paying full price for.
