Very comfortable!
Fits great and makes walking more comfortable!

Seriously, WAY too narrow. Not even funny.
Extremely narrow at heel through the midfoot, edges on side poke straight up into foot. Literally, side edges are STRAIGHT up even on the arch side. I may try cutting it up rather than having to pay to return it.

Feels Like Walking on Springs
I put these insoles in work-boots and not running sneakers. They feel good to walk around in. Like springs, you can feel the energy return. I like the part that contours around the arch for support. They were easy to trim and fit into boots.

These are better than expected. Great.

These were very uncomfortable to wear, especially for running. These do not help with performance but make it worse.
