Easy to install & effective! My 9 month old kept trying to pull himself up on the oven handle. So far we’ve been ok with just one lock so that shows how durable this lock is.

This oven door lock is perfect for our Whirlpool oven! With the design/placement of the handle and vents , a two-piece system wouldn't work. There also wouldn't be a lot of room to easily work one of the 90° turning locks. This Eudemon lock has an arm that drops down to prevent the door from opening. It is very strong, and we've had no problems with the adhesive (used for over a year now). We have several other Eudemon products in our kitchen, and they are all fantastic!

Lifesaver for crazy toddlers

My toddler became an expert at opening everything. This keeps my baby out of the oven and stays in place! It is easy for adults to unlock so it isn't frustrating to get in and out of the oven while cooking.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this product because it was one of the few that would work with our oven, and I liked the style. It was on my oven for less than 5 hours after receiving. The first time I went to use my stove/oven, the product adhesive melted all over the front of my oven, making the product unusable. Extremely unhappy.

The media could not be loaded. Very good oven lock. It's definitely hard to open. I can open it with one hand with a bit of effort. It's really sticky and the oven doesn't melt the glue either, so that's great! I was a bit worried that it wasn't going to fit, because it's quite large and the area where it would be glued is a bit thin, but it worked out perfectly for my oven.

This fell off after getting hot on my stove too many times but was totally worth it to me to provide safety and peace of mind for my little one.

I first saw this and thought it was silly, but wow once my little was able to walk he would dart for the oven as soon as he knew I put something in it! It's easy to install, just a peel and stick, and if I see him reaching for the oven handle I can quickly press the button to lock it. It's a little more awkward to unlock but the important thing is I can lock it quickly if I need to.
