Had trouble with previous pill boxes and the kids not snapping into place securely. These lids snaps down with a secure click and honestly are a little difficult to open but I prefer that over them opening accidentally.

It's hard to believe you get a solid built,A.M-P.M pill organizer,that's sturdy,has good sized initials for each day of the week,clear lids for day time,and baby blue lids for night time slots. The lids for each day are hinged,and have a tab to pull up pill flaps,I am going through some heavy medical care,and could never remember if I took my meds,and there the ones you can't eat twice if you forget,point being,each days compartment will hold 35 round Advil pills,to give you an idea of how big each slot is, unless your taking more than 35 pills at a time,this is more than adequate. That doesn't mean the container is overly sized,but it will come in handy for anyone who's on several daily meds. Last point,this same pill organizer,that's equally well built with dual day/night slots is almost 30.00 bucks at the drug store,I am comparing this one to the best one at the rx store,and this one is ten times better than their best one,and this was like 4.16. after tax. Regardless it is a very good product,quality material and Made in the U.S.A.

Lids do not stay upright, so it is hard to fill compartments. I can't tell you how many pills I have dropped because the flaps get in the way. They do snap shut quite securely, so I've never had a problem with traveling with this container. The compartments are good size, so all my meds fit well (8 pills every morning and night, one of which is a "giant horse pill" plus 2 multi-vitamin gummies in AM). After 6 months of use, the lids are still snapping securely shut and holding well, but the labels have almost all worn off. I just replaced this organizer with another than fills from the bottom - definitely easier to fill and easier to use all around because those lids stay upright when open, so I can better access my meds. When I first got this, I was thrilled, but the filling issue caused major frustration that just isn't good when I'm already struggling with multiple medical issues. It was absolutely worth $7 to buy a different box.

Great value AM/PM pill organizer / case. It works and is cheap. For a few bucks, you don't have to worry about whether or not you took your pills that morning or evening, nor spend wasted time sorting them out once a day, when once a week is so much more efficient.The storage capacity is enough for 4-6 capsules per each. The compartment lids take bit of effort to open in the beginning, but after a little while, they get easier. The big thing is that they do not open up accidentally (unless you drop the organizer). This is our second one, and the first lasted a couple years at least. It's not the higher quality, but for the price, it's a pretty good trade off, especially considering this one has both AM and PM compartments.Again, because it is designed to be a value pill is value, the individual lids do not always stay open nicely. The compartment lids go wherever the material memory places them. it makes it harder to load.The lettering is easy to seeFor the value, it's not perfect, but it's a lot of bang for the buck. It always hard to say whether the star system is about value or overall quality, but I usually place it in the middle. This is a 5/5 for value and about a 3.5-4 for absolute quality.

This is great for doling out all the supplements I take each day. The compartments were a little tough to open at first but they have gotten easier as they have been used.I don't have meds that I take am and pm so I can use the compartments to lay out 2 weeks of everything treating each side as a separate week. It makes it easier for me to do the doling out once every 2 weeks. I'll be so sure I already took everything only to find that I've missed a day or two already. Time just seems to go by so quickly. It's been a great help in showing me not to rely on my faulty memory. Which means I've been feeling better since I'm probably not so deficient in micro nutrients as I was.
