Great product
Tool arrived as described in perfect condition. Works like a champ and makes the job so much easier and cleaner. Because it comes from overseas for me, there is some lag time for customs, etc. so this will not arrive in 2 days. Be patient.

Size matters !
Very good product this, clean, tidy and neat cuts, perfect.But ! Lagging isn’t a standard size/thickness, which then makes these templates a pain in the €$$ to use

Item advertised shows one with a 15mm hole and one with a 22mm hole(falsely advertised)Quality however seems ok

It's okay, but not the right size
Good idea, but unfortunately the guides are not the right sizes. If you use the pipe insulation 22mm x 13mm thickness, It won't go in the big guide, and if you use the pipe insulation 22 x 9mm thickness you have to use the 15mm guide. It would be great if the guides were the right sizes.
