Just what I was looking for. Perfect for my dish. I didnโt even have time to take a picture of my food! My whole family enjoyed it.

Great color, interesting smell
I bought this for cocktail creation purposes, and it definitely made my drinks black. However I could not give it 5 stars because 1) it left an oily sheen on top of the drinks, and 2) it smelled a little tooโฆ musky. I bartend in a gentlemenโs club and was not sure that was the best choice. Be warned.

Nicely portion packs. USE GLOVES and Know it will stain whatever it comes in contact with.

Life and money saver
I am so happy I found these individually wrapped ink packs. I had ordered a jar of squid ink before and because of how quickly it expires once opened, didn't use the whole thing. I do pasta and like to get decorative with it and make them colored. It was easy to just open one or two and add them to the dough to get a black pasta. It mixed in well with the dough, though it does take longer to kneed it to get it fully incorporated.
