Rolling SquareEdge Pro Full Kit - Mount for Mobile Magnetic Phone Holder, Stand & Wireless Charger, 1000 Lumen Light, Black

Love this setup for my desk – the stand folds flat and is easy to tuck away when not needed. I use the thick round charging magnet on the stand which magnetizes a lot better to my phone than just the stand on its own (using an otterbox magnetic case). The magnetic charging is a bit slow but that’s a bit expected unless it specified fast charging, but I'm sitting at the desk most of the day anyway so that's okay for me. The light is SUPER bright – it can cause some harsh shadows at full power/white light although this would be good for mobile product photography and the like. I like the lower/warmer lighting for selfies or facetime. Could be a bit cheaper, but this is a good small company that I also have charging cables from - I have had good customer service when some of them didn't work, they quickly shipped replacements. We purchased two more of these magnetic stands for family members along with the magnetic charging blocks, they are well loved!

As I'm planning to replace my laptop in the next month or so, I'm not permanently attaching this kit yet. But I checked it out and am looking forward to being able to use it with my new machine soon. In the mean time, the charger and the light are both viable on their own, which is cool.This kit consists of the Core, which attaches to the back of your laptop screen and holds your phone or light as needed. The weird roll of wire included there is to remove magnets, which is interesting but had me really confused until I looked at the docs.There's a wireless phone charger that can clip onto the Core, doubling as a phone mount so you can either use your phone as a second screen or a second camera/mic with Continuity on Mac or the like.There's a self-contained battery-powered LED light as well, which can be used with the EDGE Pro Core as well as as a standalone device. With two of the cores you can mount a tablet, assuming your laptop can handle it.I usually don't read the reviews before writing one, but I wanted to see how others were using it. I may end up installing the adhesive part of the Core on a laptop shell/case instead of directly on the laptop, based on some feedback there. I can say that while this is my first accessory of this sort from Rolling Square, I have used and loved their 4-in-1/6-in-1 type cables. They aren't attached semi-permanently to my laptop though, so we'll see how this works out with the new machine.

It’s a magnet. you CANNOT stick the adhesive magnet base to a curved surface like the Samsung Odyssey monitor.iPhone 16 pro max is too heavy to use with the weak hinges on the 2024 14” MacBook Pro. iPad Mini is also too heavy to use with a MacBook.EDIT: updated to 3 stars as the issue is with the hinge on the macbook not the product.

I bought two sets of the Edge Pro Full Kit for me and my daughter. The adhesive ring and pad are not strong enough, they still attach to the Pro Core magnet plate when you want to remove the phone. the magnet is too strong, the ring or pad will come off from the phone. The adhesive for the Metal Plate based on my laptop cover is very strong. I cannot remove it, i think it will stay on my laptop cover forever. The instruction is not clear and no way to find support from the website. The wireless chargers and the Pro light are good, both work perfectly. The "Plate remover", just a piece of copper wire which is useless and easily cut your hand and broken, I don't know why this come in the first place, plus cannot find instruction how to use it on the manual nor the website.I will not spend this kind of money for just a wireless charger and the light, unless you need to move around while working with your laptop. If you use your laptop on the desk, I suggest you a phone stand.I am now returning one set and stuck with one set with the Metal Plate on my Laptop cover because I don't want remove it with force. I wish Rolling Square has good instruction on their website to teach me how to remove the plate.

If I could have left zero stars, I would have. This heap of garbage failed after 6 weeks. The "adhesive" failed, nearly taking out my iPhone. Between Rolling Square, and Amazon "customer service", the resolution was sub-standard - including a $43.50 re-stocking fee that was not discussed before they processed the return - resulting in me rethinking my relationship with Amazon, and taking my business elsewhere where it may be better appreciated.

I’m enjoying finding the ways this product can be utilized, However, I’m frustrated at Rolling Square’s customer service decisions.. When part of the product that they designed broke off, their response was that it was a non essential part, the system should still function fine, and the most they would do is offer 20% off.Not a great way to show appreciation for any customer, much less an early backer of their concept. I don’t think I’ll support Rolling Square moving forward.

I bought this scam of a product and they are making me return it to Switzerland or Italy. be prepare to pay VAT yay!Btw you have to 3M stick to your laptop for it to work. Who would want this!!! Beware of buying from this scamtastic company.
