Honeywell Quiet Set Table Fan - HT354

A nice compact smart fan with three speed settings, The lowest of these is designed for nighttime use, very quite with a gentle breeze so as not to disturb your sleep pattern, the other two is more for daytime use. It does keep a medium sized room cool, though it takes a short while for this to happen, the only downside is not having a remote control which would be a nice extra feature to have.The control panel has three silver-coloured buttons. One each for the different functions, On / Off, Rotate, and the three speeds, with a led display to indicate the three speeds, The mail body of this fan is a sturdy plastic casing in matt black so it doesn't look shabby just nice and simple that can be placed in room of your choosing.

Great item well weighted so does not rock. Read some reviews about noise. It’s just daft its a fan it makes noise but very low on 1. I have 3 fans this is by far the quietest. Nice looking

I ordered this as it said "quiet! and I couldn't stretch to the price of a Dyson fan (I'll have to keep hoping that I can somehow win one!). I bought it to use as a bedside fan because it said it is whisper quiet (on speed 1) and I can't sleep with any kind of noise. It may be a lot quieter than a lot of fans but it's still loud enough to stop me sleeping. It is however quite powerful on speed 1 and did cool the room down quickly. It is light and portable to carry around as well.

Level 1 is very quiet but not strong enough to keep us cool at night in 27 degrees! Level 3 is verging on too loud for some to sleep to, but worth it for the cooling effect. Level 4 is awesome! Well built, feels good quality. Great looking design. They should change the number gauge to be a ‘touch’ control so you can skip levels, you have to cycle through pressing a single button (jumping from 4-1 can wake up our baby), thats my only bad feeDback

I chose this fan as it is advertised for having a low noise level, which I am particularly fussy about, and this fan turned out to be excellent! I've been using it for a year now with no problems and nothing I would change about it. There are four intensity settings, with the strongest being the loudest but still very quiet. There is also a setting to rotate the fan and it does this without adding any noise - some other fans I've had create noise particularly when rotating but this fan doesn't have this problem. I use it in my bedroom during the hot summer months and it's definitely strong enough to keep the whole room cool. Well designed and worth the price.

A good fan for daily use. I wouldn't consider this a quiet fan, yes compared to the cheap standing fan I bought from a supermarket there is noticeable difference on the lowest speed. I'm a light sleeper so have struggled to sleep in a room with this fan on. Also, the oscillation tends to trigger a noticeable jump in sound when it changes direction. Overall a good fan but if you purchase this based on the quiet tag then there are much better and quieter fans on the market.

This is second purchase of this fan, first one on loan to a friend, but although it is Winter right now I missed the cooler air circulation in the bedroom and even the soft drone of the fan was soothing so I ordered another one. I keep mine on a small step-stool type table near the bed but I don’t remember having a remote control. The fan is sturdy and unlikely to be knocked over easily, the settings are suitable for any weather conditions…….I have used mine downstairs in the kitchen when temperatures are uncomfortably high and found it a very welcome relief. A good product.

Bought two of these for going to Spain last year when I realised we had no aircon in the villa. We carried them in our hand luggage as I was concerned they'd get bashed about in the hold of the plane, and each three quarters filled a carry on bag, with a bit of room to pack things around. It is light weight but well balanced and sturdy, the fan is strong enough to use in an average size room and is efficient. It oscillates so you get a nice spread of air flow. Its not a thing of beauty, but it does the job well! Oh yes and fairly quiet, probably quieter than the average fan but not silent!
