Command Hand Towel Bar, Satin Nickel Finish and 4 Water-Resistant Strips

Nobody warns you that one day you become so old that you are writing a review for a towel holder and title it "Amazing!". Anyway, it is! I bought it as a temporary solution when we first moved in until we found a more fixed one that we could be bothered to look for, but 3 years later this thing is still there and still looks great.

Looks good and fits well in our motorhome bathroom, stuck to wooden door. As with anything adhesive, it’s all down to surface preparation. Don’t clean it thoroughly and things just won’t stick for long.

Looks great on my bathroom wall holding a hand towel near my sink. I did struggle with pushing the rail off the command strips when I first stuck it down (according to the instructions) because I had to use upwards force and I'm disabled, but I managed it and got the strips secured properly. I would think if you skipped this step it won't have a strong adherence and might fall off. I was disappointed to find it's mostly plastic but it looks better quality and it's reasonably sturdy. I only put it up yesterday so time will tell if it stays up. I gave 4 stars for the difficulty I had attaching it securely to my wall (I believe this is a standard thing with this brand but I found it awkward with this item), and because it's fairly cheap plastic when I was expecting a metal bar. I'm generally happy with it but it's not as high quality as I'd expected and I thought it was a bit pricey for what it is. I guess you pay for the brand name though. November 2020 I've had this towel rail up since February and it's been used daily for hand towels in my bathroom. I'm happy to report that the adhesive command strips have stayed put and are not showing signs of wear & tear. It's easy to clean by wiping down, and the rail still looks good as new.

This looks great in my downstairs cloakroom. Guest towel hangs well on it. The satin finish makes it look very classy. Was easy to put on wall and is very sturdy. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want the bother of drilling holes.

Highly recommend. I bought another towel bar online and it did not stay stuck. This one has NEVER fallen off and I take very hot showers. It’s easy to clean and it looks way more expensive.

I've bought command products in the past and it seems their quality has dropped massively. I bought hooks that all fell within hours or days when ones from years back are still going strong but decided to give this a go looking at reviews. What a mistake. The adhesive was awful of faulty and wouldn't even stick to my finger let alone a wall and it's not metal as advertised - cheap plastic and it looks it. It costs a lot for an item that won't do its purpose and looks like it shouldn't cost more than £3. Won't be buying command items anymore. Can't even return it unless I'm willing to buy a printer to print a return label which will cost more than this - ridiculous!

There was some slight scratches to the rail fixings. I found it quite difficult to remove the papers off the adhesive strips. I had to mount it lower than I wanted on my high gloss white vanity unit because of having to remove the rail unit for the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before placing the rail back on the fixings. It could not go on the wall as the bathroom has slightly textured shower boards all round the walls. It is not really going to have much weight on it with just a small hand towel. Hopefully it will hold as I have previously used some other command hooks in my bathroom and one in my open porch and they have been attached well for three years now. The overall quality of the rail is not of great quality but is fit for the purpose intended.

i love the command picture strips so when I saw this I knew it would be great and I wasn’t disappointed. Perfect if you’re not that confident with a drill as I am and it fits great for a hand towel in my downstairs loo. I wouldn’t say it could hold too much weight but for what I need it’s just right and very easy to install

El acabado es bonito y los materiales se sienten sólidos y duraderos. ​ Lo mejor: La instalación Es un proceso rápido y sencillo que no requiere herramientas (taladros, brocas o destornilladores). Solo necesitas un nivel para que quede recto: ​Se pega una lámina al soporte transparente y se presiona contra la pared 10 segundos. ​Retiras la pieza principal hacia arriba y presionas el soporte otros 30 segundos para que fije bien. ​Vuelves a encajar el colgador y listo. ​ Mi consejo: Yo lo dejé 24 horas sin peso para asegurar al 100% que el adhesivo cure bien y te recomiendo esperar lo que pone. Por ahora, aguantan el uso diario perfectamente. ​ Resistencia: Me preocupaba un poco el tema de la humedad del baño al ducharnos, pero por el momento resiste sin problemas y no da señales de soltarse. Una solución ideal si no quieres agujerear los azulejos.

This looks very nice, however the strips that came with it did not hold up. The bar immediately fell to the floor. I bought a separate set of command strips to use, they did not work either. I finally came across a sticky wall mount tape. That worked and has held the bar up well! Aside from the command strips not working, it looks nice. Also a little over priced

Yes! Hung it over the sink in our renovated kitchen . Perfect. Very sturdy even with the troops yanking at it all day. No holes in the new tile best of all. Perfect size for a kitchen or hand towel. A little expensive for the import, but worth it for the quality. Make sure your tile or walk is very clean, with alcohol, white vinegar not cleaner, and dry before applying. Works great on tile, good on paint. Worth the cost.

Holds a hand towel well. My kids love having a separate hand towel rail just for their height. Not cheap looking.
