Aggressive and very effective
This has a serrated edge which seems to work way better than the standard flat edge scrapers I've used in the past. It's not fancy, just a piece of plastic but it does what it's supposed to do very well. My tongue is always clean and I've been told my breath doesn't smell like a buffalo anymore. Win win.

i was recommended this when i went to the dentist and it works great. it will make your tongue bleed a little bit if you’re too rough but it takes off all that white stuff on your tongue! it’s plastic so just wash it off and use it forever.

This actually gathers buildup on tongue. Makes you feel cleaned after brushing. Gets in there and does job.Metal scraps across surface and tongue doesn't feel as clean. Use metal and then went over with the plastic and it got twice as much buildup off.A good clean tongue, next to a good clean teeth, keep health in check.
