Best for round bowls!
I have a round low tech tank for my dwarf shrimp, this works great to clean the sides.

Weak magnets
if your glass is thicker than 1/4" then this will not work very well if at all, due to the magnets being weak. Would not hold when used on 3/8" thick glass, so take your chance.

Good concept but poor material choice. Doesn't work terribly well
I had a bowl tank and I was excited about this because I happened to be looking for a solution exactly when I discovered this. Looked like it should be great but it's not. I feels like running a pencil eraser around the glass. It notably bothers fish. It's too grippy on the outside but doesn't really do the same inside. It will only remove slimes and it's an unnecessarily slow process just to do that. I found some small RE magnets and put a dot of Velcro on both sides. Cost me less that five bucks to make several sets and works so much better. 10 stars for the concept. Two stars for the results.

Not very strong magnet. Had some dirt caked on a kinda thick glass vase but it kept falling off instead of cleaning the grim off.

Works if you don’t have ice catcher
This works very well if you do not have an ice catcher on your water vase. Did not fit into mine but great concept.
