We spend a lot of time in our kitchens, moving around with busy or dirty hands, listening to the radio while eating breakfast, having long conversations over the phone while cooking... Nowadays however, we rarely have home phones and our kitchen radios are old-style ones. That’s why we invented Triby: it lets you enjoy all your radio stations & music, and gives you the chance to communicate with family members away from home, all from the comfort of your kitchen. As well as being an excellent speaker: • Triby can display texts and drawings sent from the Triby companion app. It is a connected message board that is always on. • Triby can make and receive phone calls, in HD quality and for free, with any device running the Triby companion app outside the home. What has been the best part of your startup experience? We wanted to create a device that the whole family could use, and that required the creation of an extra-simple user interface. It was a real challenge, because Triby can do so many things!
