I'm very happy with this solar pump controller - it installs very easily, the LCD screen and buttons make it easy to configure so overall the set up is pretty simple and straightforward (of course there's an included manual as well). It's also very well constructed - the metal is very solid, and the back has the rigid planes you'd expect for heat dissipation. It has all the features you'd want, and it can accommodate changing current as solar power input varies throughout the day.

It’s also very versatile being able to control 12 or 24 VDC pumps while accepting input voltages from 16-55 VDC. This units native linear current boosters make it perfect for solar applications as solar cell voltages will vary throughout the day. Built with a heavy duty steel outer cover protects the internal electronics from water ingress as well as dirt, sand it also protects from insects and other outdoor pests. The heavy duty steel cover also incorporates a convenient bracket that makes mounting the unit very easy and straight forward. Also, all of the necessary wiring connectors are easily accessible out the bottom of the enclosure for The robust potted internal circuitry components and PCB are securely mounted and should last for a very long time.
