I was using this for work in a call center. Works great, audio is nice and clear both voice and music. No issues with the microphone quality. Worked great with Microsoft Teams, ACD and Dialpad. Only down side was some of the excess noise around me could be heard crystal clear on the other end. Could get at least two days full 8-9 hours out of a charge without any issue third day wouldn't quite make it. Usually charged it every other evening.

I bought this headset for my work-from-home job to replace a wired headset, and it’s honestly been a game changer. It paired easily with my company laptop, and I wear it pretty much all day without issues. The wireless freedom makes a huge difference. I can get up, let the dog out, grab a drink, stretch, or even fold laundry while finishing a call. Sitting and talking all day was actually starting to cause back problems for me, and this has helped a lot by letting me move around more. Sound quality is better than the wired headset I was using before, and the noise canceling works well. People on the other end hear me clearly, and background noise doesn’t seem to come through, which is important when working from home. Battery life has been solid, and after about six months of regular use, I’ve had zero issues with connectivity or performance. For the price, this easily beats most other options I looked at. If you work from home and spend a lot of time on calls, I’d definitely recommend this headset. It’s comfortable, reliable, and makes the workday much more manageable

I bought these headphones to work from home and they have been an excellent choice. The Bluetooth connection and the USB dongle is super stable, I have not had any cuts during my meetings. The sound is clear both to listen and to speak, and the microphone greatly reduces ambient noise, which helps a lot in video calls. They are very comfortable to use for several hours, they do not squeeze and the pads feel soft. The battery also lasts a long time; I can spend the day without having to charge them. In addition, the design is light and fits well to the head. In short, highly recommended for work, online classes or calls. Excellent value for money.

I work from home and I really like the flexibility of having a wireless headset. It really doesn't pick up a lot of background noise and I can hear clearly on my calls. The only thing the bothers me is that I get a purple light sometimes that breaks the connection and my callers can't hear me. The instructions only talk about red and blue lights but does not mention a purple light. I have looked everywhere for troubleshooting instructions on the purple light but there is nothing. It doesn't happen a lot but when it does it really interferes with my job.

Out of the box, I love the color! I was looking for a set of headphones for work that were not so big like gaming headsets. I love the addition of turning the mic up and it mutes, thats a really nice feature. The build is very nice and it's comfortable around your head and ears. I will say that I wish they were a bit tighter. I find if I look down or put my head back, they fall off. The sound quality is great and I love the plug and play. I would recommend these for my fellow work from home people, but probably would get a beefier set for gaming.

The headphones work very well. They offer clear sound and a good noise-cancelling microphone, ideal for meetings or calls. The battery lasts well, and they're comfortable even after several hours of use. The Bluetooth connection is stable and fast. Overall, an excellent choice for its price and quality.

At first the headsets were great, after a couple of months they'd start glitching with not being able to connect or static during calls. These are used for work, and now the headsets no longer mute. There are also times when the headset refuses to turn off and is just stuck with the light frozen. Also, times when I'm told I sound as if I'm in a tunnel during the glitches.

Comfortable headset with solid audio but some quirks I’ve been using this JIAMQISHI wireless headset for a few weeks now, mostly for Zoom meetings and some light music listening, and it’s been a solid performer with a few caveats worth noting. On the plus side, the headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear for long stretches. The earcups sit nicely without creating pressure points, and the headband has enough adjustability to fit securely. Pairing was quick and reliable — both via Bluetooth and with the included USB dongle, which is handy for my work laptop that sometimes struggles with Bluetooth. I especially like that the mute button is easily accessible on the boom mic and actually gives you an audible tone so you know it’s engaged. The AI noise-cancelling mic works well for voice clarity — colleagues say I come through crisp and background noise is kept to a minimum, even with kids in the next room. Audio quality for calls is clear, and music playback is decent though not as full-bodied as you’d get with dedicated headphones. It’s more balanced toward voices than rich bass. A few things to be aware of: the earcups are on the smaller side, so if you have larger ears they may rest against rather than around them. The mic boom only rotates in one direction, which limits how you wear it. Battery life has been good for daily use (a few hours at a time), but you’ll need to recharge every couple of days with heavy use. Bottom line: A very good budget-friendly wireless headset for calls and meetings, with clear voice pickup and reliable connections. Just keep in mind the smaller earcups and directional mic boom when deciding if it’s the right fit for you.

Great device, i have been using it for 6 months and it has a 20-30 mt range. I use it everyday for Zoom meeting and sounds and they hear me clearly. Excellent quality and comfortable

I purchased the headset in June, 2025 and was working perfectly fine.. however after almost 6 months of using the noise cancellation stopped working and am unable to use now.. need someone from the support line to help in this

Good headset worth the money you spend , it’s comfortable and has good audio . It has a decent battery life and with a good mic movement could be rotated from front to back , However it comes with a few draw backs 1) it cannot be used while being charged which is a bit in convenient when it dies in the middle of a call . 2) wish it came in a hard casing . 3) it connects to several Bluetooth devices at once but it prioritizes the dongle like it should , but when you play audio on your connected mobile device , you don’t hear it , so you need to disconnect and reconnect it .
