No you need a foam sprayer. It would have a long spray tip. You can buy those cheap. Try US Plastics.

A liter is about 33.8 ounces. A half liter is about 16.9 ounces. As for which is better, it depends on what you're using it for. I prefer the liter because I don't have to stop as often to refill it. Hope this helps. Thank you for asking.

Is it drippless? Would it work for acetone dye?

I have used this in the past and it worked well. That last one I got stopped working shortly after I started using it. This newer version will not allow you to dismantle it to fix it. I would stay away from it.
