I love my New SodaStream Starter Kit This is my second Soda Stream. Except this one you don’t need electric!! Yay no wires. No batteries. It so easy put the Canister in and pull the handle. You can take this on the road with you on your travels. In your Boat or RV On a Picnic. It’s so ingenious no electricity or wires! I just love love love it. The Seller is awesome too. I had questions about the refill canisters. I got a kind caring response immediately The Original starter kit comes with a Silver Blue canister. I am getting ready to have 3 hand surgeries and be in a Cast 6-8 weeks. The pink Canisters are the right Replacement refills. I have 3 coming today. I wanted to make sure I had extra on hand because I drink a lot of water. Now I don’t have to spend tons of money on sparkling water at the store. The Starter kit is great but just pulling the Lever down with no batteries or no electricity it’s just amazing. I am very happy. And when a Seller really cares it just makes the purchase even better. This is a great product and I wish I'd known about it years ago. We saw a review of soda-water makers on ATK and decided to buy this one. It really is an elegant solution. I stopped drinking pop a few years ago and went to club soda. This is a LOT cheaper. Also: no deposit bottles. PROs: An incredibly simple design. Couldn't be any more compact. Doesn't require electricity. You stick a CO2 cartridge in the back, snap the lever down, put the back panel in place, and you're in business. Put the bottle (1 liter or .45 liter) into the holder, draw the lever down the right number of times, and there you go. You can buy syrups to make your own soft drinks. You get new cartridges on subscription, however you want. They have a system to send back the empty cartridges in the carton the new ones came in. CON: a very minor one: as the cartridge gets to the point where it's almost out of CO2, it takes longer to charge a bottle.

We had a Penquin bubbly water maker for 15+ years that recently stopped working and thought it was a terrific addition to our meal making. We even mourned its passing. But this SodaStream is like an iphone compared to a flipphone. It is even easier to use, makes better seltzer and a larger quantity UNBREAKABLE container. The amazing thing to me is it is even less costly than the Penquin was all those years ago. Hopefully, I'll be using this at least 15 years and not need to buy another. But, If you like your bubbly or seltzer or fizzy soda water, I highly recommend this product.

I went back and forth on getting this because I wasn’t sure if it would end up being a waste — but I’m so glad I bought it! It’s super easy to use, and since I already love seltzer water, it honestly feels like a no-brainer. I’ve had it for about a week now, and it works great. The size is decent — it’s a little tall, so I keep mine on my bar cart since it doesn’t fit under my kitchen cabinets. I haven’t had any issues with it overflowing like some reviews mentioned. I’ve tried it plain, with Bubly drops, and with Mio, and I like it all. I also love that it doesn’t require any power, so you can place it anywhere. It came with two bottles — one larger and one smaller/travel-size — which is really convenient. The fizz actually lasts really well if you store it in the fridge. Overall, very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who drinks seltzer often!

I love my SodaStreams. This is my second one. Unfortunately the last one died. I really enjoy this handle for pumping. I fell really hard about a month ago. It made the work of pumping so easy for my injured arm. With my old one I probably wouldn't be able to make carbonated water.

Bought it as a gift, but my grandpa loves these. He says it makes his water sparkly and yummy. The company is really great because when his other model broke they sent him a discount code to replace it after having it for a really long time. He loves it though and says it is good quality. Overall, would recommend.
