I have been supplementing with nootropics for several years. I have been in higher education for the last five and have had spectacular results, even though I am not a spring chicken anymore. Furthermore, my daily job requires much research, writing, and conferences; hence, I need a boost in cognitive power. Albeit my work is mentally consuming, I enjoy what I do. I ordered the QSTA Nootropic and Ashwagandha supplements together. I have been taking Ashwagandha for over a year. As an adaptogenic herb, it has helped me immensely with my anxiety, stress, and agitation. I have consistently taken mine in the morning after breakfast to reduce the cortisol pumping. The two combined products offer me pure natural ingredients and other proprietary blends and extracts that improve my cognitive processes. Contrary to the advice, I only take one capsule daily due to taking other nootropic products containing some of the listed ingredients and choline. It would be a waste to take two. I am happy with the quality and purity of the ingredients and natural extracts, given that I have researched intensely and taken each individually before starting this blend. Momentarily, I am very pleased with the Ashwagandha and Nootropic mix, creating adequate conditions for sustained and calm work.

Wie alle NEM ist die Wirkung nicht so fühlbar wie bei Pharmazeutika. Das soll diese NEM-Mischung auch gar nicht sein und ein Pluspunkt sind immer die Nebenwirkungen im Vergleich zu Pharmazeutika. Ich kann hier nur für mich sprechen, daher kann die "Wirkung" bei anderen Menschen durchaus anders sein. Ich habe nach etwa zwei Wochen Einnahme (1 Kps morgens, 1 Kps Mittags zu den Mahlzeiten) eine Wirkung von leichtem Frohsinn und Entspannung gespürt und subjektiv eine etwas bessere geistige Aufnahmefähigkeit. Für mich ist das ausreichend, um daher hier eine gute Bewertung in Bezug auf "Wirksamkeit" zu geben. Der Preis ist für meine Budgetplanung etwas zu hoch aber dennoch werde ich sie weiter kaufen. Leider habe ich keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit mit gleichartigen NEM-Präparaten und kann daher auch nicht beurteilen, ob es tatsächlich leistungsfähigere Präparate wie dieses gibt. Die Verpackung und Qualität ist jedenfalls ordentlich und natürlich ebenso die superschnelle Lieferung von Amazon. Die Kapseln sind alle ordendlich prozessiert ohne Pulverreste in der Flasche oder an den Kapseln. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Produkt empfehlenswert, um es einfach einmal auszuprobieren. Falls man Bedenken hat ob man das nehmen kann, gerade weil man evtl. rezeptpflichtige Medikamente benötigt, sollte man auf jeden Fall seinen Arzt fragen und wenn der davon keine Ahnung hat einen Vitalstoffberater (was aber wahrscheinlich kostenpflichtig ist). Ich hoffe, dass Sie das gleiche spüren, wie ich auch. Dann werden Sie mir zustimmen, denke ich. ;)

Me lo compré sin muchas expectativas, pero realmente funciona, tengo más energía y estoy más espabilada. Actualizaré si mi cuerpo se acostumbra con el tiempo y pierde su efecto. Edito (1 semana después): no sé cómo he podido vivir sin esto. He hecho en 7 días lo que llevo posponiendo todo el año. Esto es una maravilla.
