Do they have a curved blade?

Yes to your question, scissors are rather small except for the slimmest of fingers.Quality not as good as the scissors I originally owned of the same make,some 20 years ago.

What is the length of these scissors, looking to replace a pair that were about 7cm in full-length.

Fine for finger nails and as light and easy to you suitable for doing baby's nails. Not good for toe nails except immediately after a bath and then not good for old large toe nails. I was disappointed on the whole as in the past I have found Wilkinson scissors the best
