Great item and Great customer service
Update (Sept 22, 2023) :I had some issues with this item and the customer service was amazing. They communicated back and forth with me until we found a solution. They even followed up to make sure everything was still working well.This item is nice and looks good on the end table without taking up alot of space. The lighted dividers make it easy to know when something is charging (blue light) and when something is done charging (light goes out). We have had 6 items charging at once and no issues. Very happy and grateful they were able to help me.**Sept 5, 2023** Ordered the end of May. Worked great for June, July and August. Today (Sept 5, 2023) it decided it was not working anymore. I have tried different outlets, unplugging all plugs (even power plug from back of unit) and trying to kinda reset it all after leaving it unplugged for about 5 minutes. Nothing worked. Not charging anything.

Can't say I love it. I don't know what I was expecting.
It seems to be good quality. I don't like the look of wires everywhere, though the collection of short cords was really nice. I guess as multiple wires goes, if that's how your devices are charged, there is no way around that. No digs on this product at all. My only real complaint with this product is the lack of space for each device to stand and rest while charging. All of my devices are in cases with covers. No way I could put them all on the dock for charging at the same time and I'm far to lazy to take them out of the case every time i charge them. Otherwise nice.

Great set up!
We are so in love with this charging station! If you want all of your electronics in one spot - this is for you! It is very sturdy and it keeps everything organized on the counter. It has also been a teaching tool. No more dead tablet or looking for the charger. After use, simply return to its charging spot! Thank you for this great product!

WoW perfect
Really a great product and this has really helped my family when we travel and at hotels we are able to charge all our devices in one place and with one outlet. Also non iPhone users are able to use it when they run out of juice also. I highly recommend it. Consolidates all charging into one place and one outlet.

Only lasted two days for me.
Out of the box it’s great but unfortunately for me it stopped working after two days. Light will flash blue and none of the ports will work. Tried resetting which worked once but not the second time. I was charging two iPads.
