Just like any other supplements or vitamins at 3 X lesser the cost of this one - taking vitamins might be beneficial for your body but you don't feel any difference by taking it.

Rather high dose of methylated B vitamins. Started off slowly, taking it every four days or so, trying not to overload my system. Well balanced, hard for me to find in a multivitamin. Would and will buy again. Good for stress management.

On the other hand, yes, you may need a higher % daily value to get your body to absorb what you need, but is 20,833% of FDA-recommended daily B12 and very high amounts of the others as well really such a good idea? I would think that a capsule many times less potent than this would be a better place to start, but admittedly many of the vitamin B complex capsules on the market have very elevated doses like this one. Just be aware that too much vitamin B6 can cause loss of feeling in your arms and legs or light sensitivity so stop taking this and seek medical help if you experience those symptoms.
