Works and was recommended by laser eye surgery doctor
Crucially it’s preservative free, which apparently is superior and I’ve found them to be good for my dry eyes

Drops are good BUT terrible dispensing bottle!
I used Clinitas 3 ultra for years, and found it excellent for my dry eye condition. For some reason, Clinitas stopped manufacturing it,leaving me very frustrated. I have since tried numerous makes of eye drops at great expense, but none of them were anywhere near as effective. I have just tried Clinitas soothe for the first time. It was £4.99 for a 10 ml bottle, so good value. However, having decided to order another bottle only a few days later, the seller I purchased it from was no longer available, and it is over £7 for a single bottle from other sellers. The drops are more effective than other makes I have tried, but still not as good as Clinitas 3 ultra. My big complaint is the bottle that the drops come in. It is absolutely USELESS! It has an almost flat top with a little blue 'pimple' which the drops come through. Because the top is so flat, & over 1cm wide, you can't get it very near to your eye. To compound the problem, you then have to squeeze the bottle extremely hard to get the drops to come out. Most of the time, I seem to get no drop at all, or too much, which then runs out of my eye & is wasted. I don't know who thought this bottle is a good design & fit for purpose, but it is neither!

Good product to use after LASIK surgery.
I recently had LASIK eye surgery and was recommended DX Drops which you cannot buy in the UK, so ordered them at €15 bottle plus international delivery (€18) from Spain. However, this product is just as good, no preservatives, viscosity is bang on, not too thin (drying too quickly, causing itchy eyes) and not too thick (clouding vision for a few minutes). The bottle has a blue ring at the top where the drops come from - this helps me with accuracy when applying as I can aim.Two negatives if I can, the thickness of the bottle is too thick which makes it harder then some bottles to judge 1 drop at a time, sometimes 3or4 pour out. The other is that the bottle is no see-through, so harder to know when to buy another (I’m using a lot currently).

Recommended by optician
My optician prescribed these in the individual droppers. I was very sceptical about buying the bottle as reviews here said it was very difficult to get the drops out. I do have arthritis in my hands but did not have too much trouble. I shook the bottle and then squeezed it in the middle. This works out much cheaper than the individual droppers as there is 10 times the amount in a bottle compared with a box of the droppers and the price difference is not much. Will certainly purchase again.

Still Waiting......
I bought this bottle of eyedrops to take on holiday with me instead of taking the individual vials of the same product.I can honestly say it was a very bad decision! It takes forever for the drops to come out of the bottle even when squeezing hard. Just as you've given up hope and you're wondering how much longer you can stand with your head tipped back and you've started to straighten up - the drops arrive in a rush & splash anywhere but in your eye.I'm a seasoned eyedrops user & can usually do the deed without use of a mirror & without any problems, but this item was beyond me & so frustrating. If I hadn't desperately needed these eyedrops on my holiday as I couldn't buy any more at my destination, I would have flung them straight in the bin.
