The 0.5mm derma roller has honestly changed my skin. It’s the perfect length — not too intense, but long enough to make a real difference in texture, fine lines, and acne scars. This is the Derma roller to get. Very good quality and very sharp. I ordered more than one as they are very effective, so when one is being cleaned I have another to use in its place.

I was advised to purchase a derma roller that had individual spokes as they were better than the pressed metal versions. This was the one that seemed to have the most going for it; it was a nice design, good value for money and had a decent number of the individual spikes. I have not been disappointed. It is very easy to use and I have not encountered any design or quality issues with the product. It comes in a nice little travel case. When using on the 'widows peak' area of the forehead, it can be rather painful however you do get used to it quite quickly. The main way this pain came out was after use, I would sneeze several times. Around 2 months later I no longer feel this, though. 2 months in and when used in conjunction with Minoxidil, the roller has made my hair a little thicker. Obviously this is a long term project and, due to male pattern baldness, will probably be something that I use in perpetuity but this roller has been very effective in making my scalp skin better and hair thicker and stronger.

I am 37 y.o. and have definitely noticed a difference in my skin since using this derma roller once a week. 0.3mm is deemed the safe needle size for at-home derma-rolling (anything more than that should be done by a professional). It needs to be kept clean, so I like that it comes in a little storage case, and I am careful to disinfect after/before every use. The needles look tiny, but I can definitely feel it afterwards (especially on the neck area) and it is very easy to use. Feels sturdy. Great to help your skincare products be more deeply absorbed into the skin. Would recommend!

I wasn't sure about quality of disposable microneedle rollers, but I'm really happy with this. I've used my 3 times and it has worked well with hyaluronic acid serum. I am aware you should replace every month, approx 4 uses. The needles are high grade titanium, sharp and efficient. It feels prickly on sensitive areas, but from what I've read, 0.5mm is enough to stimulate collagen production. I use the .30mm for eyes. I would increase to 0.7 at the most because for fine lines I think that is really the deepest you need. If you want to improve scarring you will have to go above 1mm but I'm guessing that would start getting painful. I can roll the 0.5mm around without slowing or reducing pressure due to pain, but I'm not sure about 0.7mm, I will see. It is simple to use, just disinfect in pure alcohol first and after, and make sure skin is clean.

Been micro needling for approx 3 months now, I use a stamp and and electric pen, both are good, but I missed my roller as I feel this is faster to use on larger areas of the face, forehead, cheeks etc. It's quick and you 'numb up' naturally a bit quicker in my opinion. Please ensure you buy the rollers with individual needles, like this one. They cost a little more, but cheaper versions have 'rolls' of needles, which can scar and less effective. Suggested use is approx 10-15 uses of this roller, but I would use a few more times as needles are titanium. Will definately re-buy this.

Nach (sehr) langer Recherche und ausgiebigem Preisvergleich habe ich mich für dieses Exemplar hier entschieden. Das Gerät ist unglaublich hochwertig verarbeitet und sieht wirklich haargenau so aus wie das mehr als doppelt so teuere Markenprodukt. Es funktioniert einwandfrei und der Unterschied in der Verwendung zu dem Metallteil ist verblüffend - es ist viel angenehmer, weil er problemlos abrollt und tatsächlich nur piekst, statt die Haut zu ziehen. Nur die Aufbewahrungsbox ist nicht besonders stabil, aber damit kann ich persönlich leben.

Meiner Meinung nach ist dieser Dermaroller für den Preis wirklich überzeugend. Ich habe ihn nun zweimal benutzt und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen. Bisher bin ich sehr zufrieden und konnte keine negativen Punkte feststellen. Das Gerät liegt gut in der Hand und macht einen soliden Eindruck. Man darf keine Wunder erwarten, aber der Dermaroller erfüllt in meinen Augen seinen Zweck. Ich bin gespannt auf die langfristigen Ergebnisse nach weiterer Anwendung.
