Works Quickly and Easily. Tile Paint came off with Ease
I painted the tiles around the shower a taupe gloss. The colour wasn't much different than the original mock marble style. However, over time the paint became scratched and looked a mess. I bought two bottles of this but only needed one. I applied it with a soft bristle brush. I was surprised at how quickly the paint started to bubble up and come off (see video). It didn't take me a long time, but it did take more than an hour to remove it. I should have covered the bath to make clean up easier after. Because the paint turns all gloopy. I am quite sensitive to strong smells, but I was pleasantly surprised that this did not give off a strong smell. I only used one bottle. Its easy to use, and wipe off. My tiles were restored to how they looked originally. I would recommend this product.

Renovation Project
Decided to try this out on an old stove , in our house we are renovating. The previous owners had dabbled in paint in it and I wanted to see the original colour.Product work very well - Added pictures for process . After leaving for 1 hour it literally wiped away. Bare in mind different materials have different outcomes. I did vover with cling film to keep moisture in.I would recommend this product. No odour , no drips , no faff !I bought the smaller bottle just in case, however would repurchase.Going to get to repainting this stove in a more traditional palette.

Such a great product. Time Saver 5*
I've seen some people give this 1 star and say that it doesnt work. I'm in the opposite camp and can say this stuff is brilliant. My parents had painted over glass panels about 30 years ago and must have done it multiple times over the years. Within 10 mins of coating them with this stuff, the paint was already bubbling up. In some areas where there's been more paint, I've had to go over it and do the process again, but its honestly such a time saver. Be generous when coating with this stuff, leave it for a few hours and it will be pretty much peeling off. For its price, give it a go. I'll be using this going forward.

It's not great but it kind of works
This is probably ok for old paint on old furniture or modern stuff with minimal layers, but if you're looking to completely strip back multiple layers then you're in for more work than you thought. Using a heat gun is actually way more efficient than this stuff.... but for a couple layers of paint it'll probably work.

Would use again
Used this paint stripper to strip multiple layers of paint from the stairs. It does work quickly but i found will only remove one layer of gloss paint at a time. In my case there are about 5 layers to be removed so lots of patience and elbow grease required. Consistency is that of pva glue, did not dry out and i did not cover while waiting for it to work. I did lay it on thickly with a paint brush... Will probably need to use 5 bottles of the 500ml to complete the job. So Quite inexpensive. Another plus side is i found it did not hardly smell at all, somewhat of a slight sour smell but not a strong chemucal odour i expected. If you have the time and patience for the money you cant fault it.

Good stuff but depends on how many years of paint your removing
Good stuff. But we are using it on stairs skirting and it's taking some doing. I've already applied it twice and think it will need another application. But think that's because I never put it on thickly enough. So, be generous when applying and cover whole area with clingfilm. Both bottles went surprisingly far but I will be ordering more to finish off. Also the brush washes easily enough with some warm.water and fairy. Nice n easy.

Works, but not as strong as I expected
This is a non caustic paint and varnish stripper in a 500ml tin, and I used it on an old painted wooden shelf where I wanted to remove a couple of tired layers before repainting. It was easy enough to brush on and the smell was not as brutal as some older style strippers I have used, which was one of the better points. It did soften the top layer of paint after leaving it for a while, and I was able to scrape some of it away, but it took more effort than I expected from something labelled extra strong. On thicker areas, I had to reapply it and go over the same section again, which made the job feel slow and a bit bloody tedious. The gel consistency helped it stay in place on flat surfaces, but I found it less impressive around edges and corners where the paint was more stubborn. It also left some residue behind, so I had to clean and sand the wood properly afterwards before I was happy with the surface. It is usable for small jobs or lighter coatings, but I would not choose it again for anything with several old layers of paint or varnish. For me, it did part of the job, just not well enough to feel like good value.
