Works exactly like it should
Works exactly like it should I bought this 2-pack in 2022 to plug a USB 2.0 front-panel cable into a 19-pin USB 3.0 header. Still works great. What I like Plug and play, no setup Stable connection, no dropouts Short 6 inch length keeps things tidy Good value for two Good to know It only changes the connector. Speed stays USB 2.0 Verdict Simple, reliable adapter for older cases or when you run out of USB 2.0 headers. I would buy it again.

worked with converting for a Board w/o USB3 headers
worked well

Well made USB adapter cables!
Would have been perfect for my use but my small computer motherboard did not have additional 9 pin USB ports. What I thought was USB ports were Com ports!

It looks cheap, but it works
It looks and feels cheap, but I was able to connect the USB 3 ports on my case to the USB 2 jumpers on my motherboard. Charging and data transfer both work.

Works fine
Works as intended. Wish the cord sleeve was cleaner/fitting of the harness but understand with the shape, it would require higher cost to produce and these are fairly cheaper for the price.

Fits and works at 2.0 speeds
I bought this because my board didn't fit properly and it bent a few pins. So I got this to fit it to one of my headers. It went into a 3.1 header but only get 2.0 speeds which is fine because the original header was only a 2.0 header anyways.

Works great for motherboards that don't have front panel USB 3.0 connectors
One thing to note is to not expect to get USB 3.0 speeds out your front panel USB 3 port with this adapter. This is simply just to make your USB 3 port function but will be limited to USB 2.0 speeds. It's always good to have at least one or two extra USB connectors just in case you need them. I would always use these in builds that don't have a front panel connector for USB 3.0 but still want to have the USB function.

A great value when installing an old motherboard in a new case!
I recently built a PC out of older hardware. The motherboard was a 2nd generation Intel chipset, and did not have a USB3 header. But the case I was using had USB3 ports on the front (which had no way of connecting to the motherboard, of course). My two options were to either place some black tape over the dead ports, or figure out how to connect them to the motherboard. I found these adapters, which quickly allowed me to plug the USB3 connector from the case into a USB2 header on the motherboard. The "blue" ports on the case won't be any faster, but at least they will work!

Works well
Does exactly as its expected to do, easy to install and provides a backwards compatible link, so you can use a case with USB3 ports on front pannel, on a board that does not have a USB3 header by connecting to a USB2 header!

Perfect
If you’re like me, you were building a new pc on pc part picker and got the error “ A USB 2.0 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 header adapter is required.” And this was the solution, I would not be able to comment on the speeds since I don’t have the means of testing, but I definitely supplied power to my pc case io.
