The media could not be loaded.  Great value but they are huge! So hard to swallow. You can feel it scraping your esophagus going all the way down trying to swallow. It’s actually scary sometimes I think it’s going to get stuck.

Minus one star for overall girth. - To avoid the extremely uncomfortable mental gymnastics and task of trying to get one of these down, I've found that breaking it in half and blending it into my protein shake to be the best approach to taking them.. (I say this and I'm the guy who can take a handful of supplements. and toss them down them in one fail swoop with a gulp of water). They just down slide down well at all. Grinding them up has by far been the best way for me to take them.

Seem to work OK as a supplement.

I've been taking these for 2 days, so too early to assess the effects on my workouts. But I will say a pill of this size should at least be coated. Or, make smaller pills and suggest taking more for the desired result. Another reviewer describes it as "trying to swallow a ping pong ball". I can't disagree. So I break them in half and take them with water that way. Still a bit uncomfortable.So here's an update to my initial review:After using them for 3 months or so..I find results decent but nothing close to Muscletech's Amino Build, which comes in a powder form and gives me amazing results. A noticeable pump and hardness to muscles throughout the day when I take with 16oz of water DURING a workout. I've gone back to the Amino Build. I still have pills so I may even take them in tandem.

Un endocrinólogo me recomendó consumír los 9 aminoácidos. Para mi y toda mi familia. Pero me encontré que en el mercado solo los mas comunes son los bcaa's. Utilizandos por personas que hacen ejercicio. Y no ayudan mucho. En la mayoría de productos solo encuentras 7 de los aminoácidos esenciales pero en este producto por eso me gusto porque encuentras los 9 aminoácidos y hasta mas en un excelente requerimiento de gramos por peso. Al comenzar a tomarlos desde los mayores se notó muy pronto los beneficios sobre todo, cuando el cuerpo va en decadencia muscular. Se ve en su cara y cuerpo que el musculo esta mejor. Y en los jóvenes se nota mucho en su musculo cerebral. Y está en un muy buen precio lo único que todos se quejan es que estan muy grandes las tabletas por todo lo que tienen y los gramos que dice en su tabla creo que es la razón del tamaño, yo había encontrado antes en una tienda de suplementos en polvo con sabor a frutas, pero no tenía todos los aminoácidos que este tiene. Y también se quejan del sabor es como el sabor de tabletas de calcio, como a terroso con leche en polvo. No es muy rico en comparativa con ese otro producto que tomábamos. Pero en general los beneficios que deben aportar si se notan es un excelente producto.

Están algo grandes las pastillas pero la verdad siento que si funcionaron de maravilla,los use hace tiempo cuando iba empezando en el gym

Ojo las pastillas son exageradamente grandes, pero se pueden masticar sin problema.

Tiene todos los aminoácidos esenciales a cabo del tiempo tu cuerpo lo siente y rindes mejor , los recomiendo, lo malo es que ya no están existencia y no se dónde conseguirlos.

Solo comentaré sobre la calidad del producto al momento de la entrega; viene nuevo con sello exterior y sello interior, dentro del bote solo viene una borla de fibra para evitar humedad en las pastillas. Estas son muy grandes y huelen bien, les recomiendo trazarlas en dos para poder tragarlas sin problemas. NUNCA he usado este suplemento, lo probaré por 15 días y actualizaré la reseña. “Excelente suplemento, de verdad sentí una gran recuperación y un moderado pero constante crecimiento muscular desde que lo consumo. A diferencia de los meses anteriores que ya me sentía estancado”
