Defective Item
I installed this 3 weeks ago and it is defective. It opens my lock mechanism and lift gate without warning when in park or neutral while car is on having me to exit my car and open and shut my lift gate and quickly get back in my car and put the car in drive. After shutting off my car the lock and lift gate open and I have to open up the lift gate and then quickly hit my key fob lock button to quickly lock the car before the lock and lift gate open again. Please replace with another lift gate button. Thank you.

Not a perfect fit
Didnโt fit all the way into the electrical harness connection. Had to force it in with pliers but then it stopped working. Took a lot of effort to pull it out again. Finally pulled it out and reconnected 3/4 of the way in. Damaged part of the plastic housing though. Should be fine and shouldnโt fall out hopefully since the fit is very tight, just doesnโt clip all the way in. Switch now works again and I can open my liftgate again!

Compatibility issue with pathfinder 2015
Compatibility issue with nissan patfinder 2015. Connector doesnt fit and button function is reversed. Managed to make it worked by modifying the connections with old connector
