I spent tons of hours trying to find the perfect golf net for me that's not extremely pricey and ended up buying this one and have to say, it met all of my expectations. The carrying back it comes in is well made and big enough to easily get the poles in and the net in without fighting the bag. In terms of setup, it takes me about less than 10 minutes to set up the poles, attach the net, and stake it into the ground. I do recommend using ALL the stakes because I have had the wind blow it over before - and I also stake the back net into the ground as well (pulling the net back). If you're a bad golfer like I am, you might hit the ball under the net and your ball will go flying. I haven't had any issues with the netting ripping at all, even after multiple months of regular use. Teardown is very quick too. If you're looking for a golf hitting net, I would be willing to bet that you will not be disappointed in this net.

I've been golfing for 3 years and my biggest regret is not getting a net (and hitting mat) before now. Having the ability to practice and hit balls in my backyard has completely changed my game. Was worried about shanks, heavy toes, and sky balls but I've yet to hit one ball outside of the net. If you want to improve at golf fast do yourself a favor and buy this net with a quality mat. Super easy to assemble, stable, and a great price.

this thing has been awesome. Had it now for about a year and it has held up well and I have not had one ball go thru the net, no holes in net. a great practice tool to help keep your swing regular when you can't make it to the course.

The net is easy to setup and works well. I did have an issue with holes starting to form after the first year of use, but gosport was great and offered to replace it even after warranty period. Excellent customer service.

The stitching is very rough, and the quality is absolutely terrible; I hadn’t even had a chance to use it yet when I noticed a tear in it. It’s so heavy that returning it is a huge hassle.

FIrst of all, it arrived 2 days early, so that is always a nice surprise. I bought the 10 x 7 net. It is very large. I had it out of the box and set up within 5 minutes. Instructions were included, but weren't really needed. I can probably have it up in 2-3 minutes next time. I took it down and had it in the storage bag in under 3 minutes. The frame is very sturdy. I hit every type of club with full confidence that the net would catch it. I bought a reinforcement net and shank net just because I am in a neighborhood. My initial impression is 5 stars. I think I am going to be very pleased with this. I will update the review if that changes. Follow up after 2 months: I have averaged hitting 100-150 balls 3-4 times a week. There are no signs of wear. I haven't used the shank net since the first week, so I probably didn't need it. I now just leave the base together and store it on the back of the patio when I finish. I can put the fiberglass rods and the net up in 1-2 minutes. I disassemble it and store it in a dry place to make it last longer. My only regret is that I didn't buy this years ago. My rating is now 5+ stars.

Just pay the extra $30-$40 for this net. It legit takes minutes to set up and take down. MINUTES! Not 15-20 minutes or more! Actually fits in the carrying bag too to save space. You don’t have to thread rods into cheap plastic which takes forever and is incredibly frustrating to deal with like the others! The cheaper option was like a IKEA tent. Poor instructions and nearly impossible to figure out. We are golfing , not camping! I’m serious, spend extra and save yourself time and energy. It took 2 people to put the other nets together. This one is so hassle free I had to write a review! I could only recommend the cheaper versions if you never planned on disassembling them. Otherwise, I would still choose this option because it’s built better.

This net is fantastic for practicing golf. I think the size is worth the money because if you are beginning or trying new things with your stroke, you may hit a heel or toe shot and you are going to be glad you had all that coverage. It is easy to assemble and very strong. I had a collapsible net before and it could barely stand, so the metal frame is nice.
