This is a great product. The tag is just the right size. The silicone makes this a quiet tag. It is easy to read & scan. My dog is a rescue that was previously chipped. If she got lost & was scanned the incorrect information would show up. This tag is so easy to use & no subscription is needed. You get the tag, go to the website & put in your info & your dog’s info. There is a place to write a brief description about your dog such as its demeanor or how to approach or comfort until reunited with owner. When the tag is scanned, the information immediately shows up on the phone of person scanning. You also receive notification on your phone that your dog’s tag has been scanned. It is a really neat idea. I feel more comfortable knowing that chances are excellent of reuniting my fur baby if she somehow gets out & lost. Great product.

The cat lost its collar and i searched for it everywhere. A few days later, the QR code on this was scanned and the MyluckyTag sent me a notification email. The email let me know the time it was scanned, what type of device scanned it, and best of all the gps coordinates of the scan which linked to Google maps and showed me which house it was scanned at. I thought the collar was lost on my property, but this was scanned 2 houses down. The person who scanned it didn't know that I received the email notification. What they saw when they scanned it was a page with my cats name, photo, my name and number, my partners name and number, and the name of our vet. But, they didn't call, and an hour went by. So, we walked down to that house and asked if they'd found a cat collar and they said it was found by their back sliding door on the patio, and returned it to us. When i watched my security camera recordings, I saw the cat wearing the collar, then when he came back inside 30 minutes later, the collar was gone. I didn't imagine he'd gone so far away and came back so soon after. How the collar was found was still clasped, so we don't know how it came off the cat, it's not elastic but it is a break away

Great and easy to use

I loved this for the dog but was disappointed at how fast it wore off. It lasted about 3-4 mo.

Its a great idea, but the printing on the tag didn't last very long. Wiped off or faded within 6 months. Contacted company, no response so far. Wouldn't recommend for permanent tag for your pet.

Overall this is a very cool idea and service. The user interface for setting up the QR code leaves a little bit to be desired but isn't bad at all. My main issue with it is that the loop for attaching it to the ring should be turned 90°. As it is right now, my dog's other tags can't lay flat against it.

They met my expectations plus more I bought too many so I’m only returning 3 out of four but they are exactly what I expected plus more. I love the fact that I can put all the Information information about my Kat and one spot and if she gets lost then I can activate it. I’ve had one for years by another company and I plan on giving this as a gift to my neighbour whose dog recently got lost.

All good howeverskightly large for a cat, unfortunately she didn’t like it on the collar so collar came off! Out back on hopefully she’ll get used to it.

Small and light weight. Clear text, good qr code, easy to set up and survived the chewing of a Dachshund. Got plenty of nice comments

Broke within matter of hours

Lucky Tags are fantastic, unfortunately in the past my dog’s tag has been lost, coming loose from the ring loop. The flexitag is so much better making it more secure and less likely to slip of the ring loop. It’s easy to use with the QR code and gives you peace of mind should your dog become lost.
