Safe way to get rid of rats
Got rid of the rats and saved the cats. Horrah.

This system is safe and easy to use. It did take several weeks before the poison was eaten, as the rats were very suspicious -I resorted to smearing the bag with peanut butter. However, once the rats decided to eat the contents , they have not been evident in the garden .I will certainly buy more bags to keep in readiness for any return.

Very impressed to receive a PDF guide to use and safety by email prior to the arrival of the boxes. Gave a good impression of professional service.

Missing parts
Ordered 4 units. Two units no problem all parts inside boxes. The other two units were missing the enternal parts, the rods for securing the bags plus the small dividers. Looks as though the bags containing the parts had not been fitted. As i previously said the other two boxes were ok.
