So the suv's fuel gauge was actiong out and wifey was getting anxious about the fuel level! at one point she was getting gas every week! So I did a bit of research and found out the fuel pump gets dirty with time and this stuff is great to clean it, so I thought I'd give it a try before jumping the gun and buying a new fuel pump. I tossed this stuff into the gas tank and whoa, what a difference! It's like a reset button for your engine's vibe. It cleans all those gunked-up fuel injectors, valves, and whatnot, giving your ride the pep back in its step. The application? Easy peasy. Just pour this concentrate into your gas tank before you fill up, and let it do its magic while you drive. No rocket science needed. And let me tell you, it's not just a one-time wonder. It keeps the engine's party going, maintaining that clean, happy dance routine every time I've used it. One bottle goes a long way too. A 20-ounce bottle is like a full-on detox session for your engine, and it keeps it purring like a kitten. Just a heads up, though—while it's great for regular maintenance, it might not perform miracles on seriously neglected engines.

Hard to find any real objective evaluations of this type of product, but Techron is supposed to be one of the best to keep things clean. It does seem to help smooth things out when I let my old vehicles sit too long with that crappy alcohol-poluted gas we are forced to buy.

The first bottle I added to the tank through a check engine light. After a couple hundred miles it cleared. The second bottle didn’t throw a light. I didn’t see a crazy increase in gas mileage but the engine sounds a little healthier. Better value than the dealership charging $150 for virtually the same thing.

I have used this product for years and have never had a fuel system issue since I began using it. It did not ever repair the misreading of a fuel tank sensor issue I had despite many treatments I.E. always after an oil change. There are limitations to everything. I recommend Techron for anyone wanting to maintain their auto at peak performance.

I use a 20 oz bottle in each car every year. My particular Volvo dealership (an unusually reliable dealership) recommended this to me many years ago. I'd particularly recommend using it, if you don't buy Tier-1 gasoline.

My son-in-law put this into my 2000 Chevrolet 2500 and it not only helped with the overall performance of my truck, but also freed up my gas gauge that hadn't worked for 20 years. I now use it in my truck, my Toyota, and boat.
