Sharp Wall Charger, Surge Protector, Outlet Extender With 6 Wide Spaced Outlets, Fast Charge, 2 USB-A and 1 Type-C, Smart AutoSense Nightlight, White

I've now tried four brands of this type of outlet extender on various outlets in the house and this is my favorite. SIX regular (old-fashioned) outlets, plus 2 USB-A 2.4amp outlets and one USB-C outlet. Surge suppression. Plus a really nice night light with a soft glow that you can set to On, Off, or Autosense. There's a screw provided to hold it to the wall, but I just fitted it over the existing outlet cover--there's a plastic spike that fits into the lower outlet on the original cover that keeps it quite stable. So it took all of about one minute to set up. I'll stick with this brand in future.

This is a great multi plug receptacle. It has USB ports built in. It has a nightlight built in and it has side outlets which means that I can push furniture right up to it and still plug stuff in. One of the things I look for in one of these devices is its ability to be screwed in to the wall so that it can't pull out...this has that. And it has the cool "Sharp" logo right on the front so you know that it's not a cheap piece of junk but is instead high quality.

We’ve just remodeled a bathroom in the house, so I thought it was time to update the older, smaller outlet extender and nightlight we had in there. I also wanted something with USB outlets to charge the Oral-B toothbrushes, which now come with only USB charging. This one has been about perfect LIKES I needed this outlet extender to work on a switchplate that holds one double outlet next to two switches (light and vent fan). Reading other product descriptions, it was clear that some of these types of units are quite wide, and wouldn’t fit next to light switch on the same plate. This one just fits, although it doesn’t leave much room beside the switch, it doesn’t touch it. The outlets, needless to say, all work fine, including the USB-A needed for the toothbrush charger. Nice not to have a bulky charger sticking out of the wall. Good that this one includes surge protection. The light has three levels, all of which are enough to illuminate the entire 60” counter and sink. The highest level is actually a bit much for nightlight use in my opinion. I like that it’s a relatively warm glow, rather than a harsh blue-white. It’s good that it has a light sensor so it only comes on with the lights out (but see below) The unit looks good and seems quite sturdy. NOT SO LIKES I may just not be doing it right, but it appears to me that when you use one of the touch-sensitive, flat “buttons” to lower the light intensity (there are 3 settings — I prefer the lowest) the light-sensing feature must be reset. In other words, if you find the light too bright and “click it down” to a lower setting, now it’s going to stay on even with the lights on. Frankly I’m not sure why there even is a light sensor “switch” — it appears that you can set it to different sensitivities, but really it just needs to go off when the lights go on. Not a big deal, but I find myself fiddling with it when I’d rather not need to. Conclusion — This item is just what I was looking for to clean up the bathroom countertop, avoid having USB chargers sticking out of the wall, and providing enough light to use the facilities without turning on the light, which in this case would potentially shine into the bedroom where someone may be sleeping. I find the light sensor adjustment a little fiddly, but it’s not as important as the rest of it working just right, which it does. Four warmly lit, USB charging, crowded switchplate-fitting stars.

You can make the lights either dim, bright or no light at all. Plugs slide in and out of the outlet with ease and they stay put when you plug them in. It is great having both a standard 3 prong plug AND a couple of USB outlets in the same socket. Very versatile in so much that you can either plug into the front, or use the sides. Build quality is very good. Great value for the money. Love the design.

works as advertised. Not as many plugs as other units, bit it's safe, useful and easy to move if necessary. So far it has been a great help in our bathroom. Yes, I'd recommend to a friend and I would but again!

Seems ok. Theres plenty of wall outlet extenders and USB adapters out there, but only a few have a night light function. This was perfect for the space I needed it in, as it is very dark at night, and its also where my cat feeders are at, which are all USB powered. The outlets themselves seem fine, as do the USB ports. I havent needed them for fast charging, so I cant verify how well they function for that. The big star of the show for this unit was the night light, which is sadly my biggest disappointment. While its very bright and works great to light up the area, the actual sensor isnt very good. It seems too sensitive. I cant seem to get it to light up when its dark and shut off when its day. So it basically stays on all the time. Not a huge deal breaker, but this was what set this unit apart from others.

Bright and light illuminate in the dark. Safe. Easy to install. Very functional.
