Perfect replacement strap for a leather bag I bought in Greece. the strap was torn off during travel and this one matched and fit perfectly.

I bought this to replace the destroyed strap on a second hand bag that I love dearly. The strap is of pretty good quality and well put together. It adjusts more generously both short and long than my previous strap and so far the hardware has been sturdy under heavy use. Although it cost more than the entire bag I used it to repair, it has allowed me to enjoy my favorite work bag again and I would buy another for a similar purpose should the need arise.

Great little shoulder strap, especially for the price. Unfortunately mine just broke (the clip broke off), but I plan on buying the same one again - it lasted a while and my bag is sometimes very heavy, so I feel like the clip breaking is partially on me.

I needed a strap for a travel bag that used to belong to my father. My wife and I had a trip to Florida planned, so I ordered this strap a few days before we were scheduled to leave. Perfect timing! The strap arrived the day before our flight, plus it was a perfect match to the travel bag!

Bought one of these and it broke within the first 10 minutes of carrying my bag through the airport. Got a second replacement, thinking it could’ve just been faulty. That one also broke within a matter of 5 minutes. Cheap product made for a children’s bag at best!

Arrived in a timely manner, appeared and worked as advertised.

The swivel broke in 2 months. The strap was on a laptop bag. However, outside of the return window, the seller reached out and offered a refund or replacement. The customer service was great.

Works great for a replacement of a broken strap on my carry bag

I was disappointed with this as it's very stiff, I needed a soft strap so it would feel comfortable on shoulder, but it does look nice if you don't mind the stiffness. Just not for me.
