Works for me!
I take a menopause pill but it does nothing for me so I looked for something natural and this product works!!!!! I feel soo much better

Helps some with hot flashes
It did not completely eliminate my hot flashes but it certainly helps. I tried going without it and my hip joint was hurting really bad. So I started taking it again and after a few days the hip quit hurting.

Bad allergic reaction
Took one capsule and hours later terrible headache, felt like a migraine. Took two more next day and broke out in a horrible rash all over my body and my face swelled up with worse headache, and extreme fatigue. Do not recommend this product at all! Wish I could get my money back. I paid for a migraine, rash and swollen face.

Did not see any improvement. Be prepared for the headache . They come almost immediately after taking it.
