This is a great leave in for curly hair. It is super smooth and conditioning without being too heavy. I have super tight 3b/4a curls so it doesn't give quite as much hold by itself for my hair. But that's not why I bought it, I just wanted something very hydrating that would be able to handle being used with a gel without becoming flaky or too heavy. I've used the regular leave-in conditioner by Giovanni and that one is great as well, however I like the curl specific one more because it helps my curls clump and preps them better for more definition, so now I use half the amount of gel. My curls are bouncy, defined, and soft to the touch and have never looked better!

This one wasn’t as moisturizing as the biotin and collagen strengthening leave in conditioner. However, it did tame my type 3 curls without making them hard. It was more of a thicker gel consistency.

Literally my new favorite hair product. Light but not tacky or sticky in any way. Has some mild hold like a gel, but works well on wet or dry hair. Not greasy. Fresh scent but not at all overpowering and the scent doesn't last very long.

I have very curly mixed hair and have been searching for something to use on on wash and go days that gives me definition and tames some frizz but still allows for the volume and bounce I love about my hair. I've tried a million products, as has every curly haired person on the planet, and this one just works for me. Before finding this product, a lot of products had been leaving part of my hair really dry on the ends or flaking as the day wore on. This one is perfect. The only note is that I received only one bottle of product although it says it comes as 3-pack. sill a great price for a great product but wanted everyone to know you may not get as many as you anticipated.

I have fine 2c-3a curls that are easily weighed down. Frizz was a daily challenge. Until GIOVANNI Curl Habit Curl Defining Leave-In Conditioning & Styling Elixir. My curls are soft, defined, and no frizz! I use a small amount on my damp hair and let air dry. I can even sleep on wet hair and it looks great when I wake up. I heghly reccomend this product.

I wanted to like this product, but it didn’t work as well as I expected. It didn’t give my curls much definition, and my hair didn’t feel as moisturized as I hoped. The texture is okay, but it just didn’t deliver the results I was looking for. It might work better for other hair types, but it wasn’t a good fit for mine.

Fantastic. My hair is fine and hard to manage as it is naturally curly but tends to go frizzy boofy and dry. I use this product after a hair mask and put a reasonable amount in till I hear the squelch and air dry. I use it with some morrocan oil leave in. The result is soft healthy looking curls. For the first time I feel in control of my hair. This will be my new product with Morrocan oil intense curl cream leave in.

The best hydration cream I've ever used on my wavy hair. I'm going to buy the whole line.

It was horrible for my 2C-3A curly hair and doesn’t feel soft. I don’t recommend it for who has the same type of hair as mine.
