We bought this playset for our grandkids. The instruction booklet was VERY easy to follow. It took about 10 hours to completely assemble with some help from my husband, where two hands were needed. I highly recommend separating all the hardware and numbering it for each step of assembly (some of the bolts/screws are close in size and can be mistaken). The slide could be sturdier, but I plan to add a support under it using 2x4s. The T-nuts MUST be pounded in completely so as not to spin (the rock wall T-nuts were a bit tricky and one spun, so we needed to add another bolt). All in all, this is a great product!

All but one of the wood pieces were in good shape. 1 long board was slightly warped on arrival, but cedar is soft enough to make it work. All hardware was also accounted for. Assembly instructions were easy enough to follow, but you need to seriously pay attention to the details. The orientation of the pictures changes. When you set the swing beam you must ensure the pre drilled holes are correct. The instructions did not point out the right way to have them. It was easy enough to drill new holes though to save some disassembly. Overall great product for the price point. The slide could be sturdier. Other than that it is a great, solid product.

Assembly took many hours but worth it in the end. Kids love it! Only lost a star due to It was missing a few small parts and had to run to Home Depot to get more and wish the wood was a bit more thicker and sturdy especially for the price of the playground cause as I watch the kids ages range from 3-12 play with excitement running, climbing and jump on the upper playhouse and the boards slightly bend and make a creaky sound on the flooring but other than that great playground. I may have to add additional support to the floorboards to make it more sturdy. Just small minor things but fixable and still worth it.

You will need a full set of tools to build this including , drill, socket wrench, tape measure, hammer, screw driver, and ladder. Looks and feels sturdy. Opening the boxes felt a little overwhelming due to the number of parts and bags of hard ware. This is definitely a two person job to build. Instructions are pretty good. The reason for the low stars is missing pieces. About 30% complete, got to the rock wall part and I noticed that they sent me two right sides and no left side for the rock wall. Now I have to email the all of my information including receipts (how do you get a receipt from Amazon?) and wait until they ship the part. The photos show how far I was able to get until I reached the point of the missing part. UPDATE Received a reply about the missing part two days later. (it was a long holiday weekend) received the missing lumber two days later. Finished product looks good, kids like it.

With my daughters help it Took about 12 hrs to finish putting it together. No missing parts. Seem pretty sturdy. Was exactly what I wanted. Granddaughter loves it,!!

I am passionate with the Playground, which is the perfect size and is not complicated to assemble. The instructions are quite clear. I highly recommend it. Estoy apacionada con el Playground, tiene el tamaño perfecto y no es complicado de montar. Las instrucciones son bastante claras. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Missing a lot of bolts, missing some wood pieces, some are incorrectly labeled. And also for the rocker attachment they gave us a bolt with no threads so I can’t use it until I go purchase one that’ll hopefully do the trick. That’s what you get for shopping on Amazon though.

Item comes on a small pallet, which is easy to break down and move to the back. Item takes a lot longer than to set up then stated, instructions could be a little better. Overall, would buy again and recommend it. It looks amazing, and you get a big sense of accomplishment when you see your kids face, making all the work so worth it.
