The Keurig K-Iced Coffee Maker if Fantastic! 5 Stars!
Keurig K-Iced Coffee Maker, Single Serve is a GREAT Coffee Maker. It makes both hot and cold coffee, has a strong brew option, and a nice sized water tank in the back. The water tank reservoir size is a really nice size and you don't have to add water after every cup, like I used to with my previous Keurig coffee maker. It's also very fast and very quiet. My step-mom, and my step-sister both have the same model, and they love it too. It quickly and quietly makes your coffee and is very easy to use.I highly recommend this coffee maker.

Personally - As a busy parent, having a quick and convenient way to start the day is essential. The Keurig K-Iced Single Serve Coffee Maker has been a game-changer for our household. Design and Build Quality: The sleek gray design fits perfectly on our kitchen counter, adding a modern touch to our space. The build quality is excellent, and the machine feels sturdy and reliable. Functionality: The ability to brew both hot and cold beverages is a fantastic feature. I enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning, while my spouse prefers iced coffee. This Keurig caters to both our preferences effortlessly. Ease of Use: Using the K-Iced Coffee Maker is incredibly simple. The straightforward controls and quick brewing time make it perfect for our hectic mornings. We can each have our preferred coffee ready in minutes without any fuss. The removable drip tray and water reservoir make it easy to keep everything clean and ready for use. Pros: Sleek and modern design Brews both hot and cold beverages Easy to use with quick brewing time Consistently great taste for both hot and iced coffee Easy to clean and maintain Cons: The water reservoir could be a bit larger for fewer refills It tends to drip after removing cleaning it and removing the K-cup (this is annoying - Thus the 4 stars for cleaning) For My Daughter starting college was a big transition, and having the convenience of a morning cup of coffee was a must (probably good for those in class with her as well) Pros: Design: The compact size fits perfectly in my dorm room, and the gray color looks sleek and stylish. It doesn’t take up much space, which is a big plus in a small room. Ease of Use:The coffee maker is super easy to use. Forget it!!!
Love the coffee (hot and iced) that this compact coffee maker provides. Only problem was it stopped working less than a month after I received it. Keurig diagnosed as "defective". Amazon no stock to replace it (offered a refund), but Keurig offered a free replacement after sending the the documentation and photos. Takes about a week to replace through manufacturer. Can't wait to use it again! Now -- fed up!! Keurig replaced my first defective K-Ice. I received it on the 13th, and it stopped working on the 18th!!! Again, Keurig decided it was defective, and will replace it AGAIN after I send them all the photos of machine and serial number sticker, then I need to return it to them to get another free replacement. I will also need to ship this one back to them. I asked if the model was defective, and if this would just happen again -- they said that if the next one is also defective they will talk about possible other options. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Don't bother with this one unless you want to replace it over and over!

Worst Keurig I've Ever Owned
I've had Keurig coffee makers since they first came out. Some have lasted years, others not so much-- as the years pass, the newer models don't last as long (one quit after only two weeks). The convenience is good, but I also like to use my own coffee, so I bought a pair of official Keurig K-Cup reusable filters. I will say that this is the worst Keurig coffee maker I've ever owned. I meant to send the thing back, but ended up traveling and returning home one day after the return period had expired. This Keurig drips, dribbles, leaks, and generally makes a huge mess. If you don't make sure that your cup is pushed all the way to the back and against the coffee maker, get ready to clean up. A half inch of space will get you photographs 1 and 2. Coffee will splatter onto the coffee maker and down the side of your cup, filling the catch basin below it. In photograph 2 you can see how the leaked coffee spreads all the way around to the side of the coffee maker. Your cup is sitting in it, so you have to put the cup on a paper towel or get coffee all over your counter or table. To make a bad situation worse, the thing is almost impossible to clean-- you can't get your fingers in there adequately. Even the reusuable filters end up a mess-- grounds everywhere as if the coffee maker full force blows hot water into it. After the coffee is finished, the coffee maker will still drip and dribble for some time. You can't turn the coffee maker off, so there are bright white-- and really irritating-- flashing lights (you can see them in photograph 2) for five minutes. If you want to stop them, your only option is to unplug the coffee maker. This Keurig coffee maker is so aggravating and messy, it makes me want to never buy a Keurig again.

Versatile and Easy to Use Coffee Maker
I recently bought the Keurig K-Iced Single Serve Coffee Maker in gray, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. One of the standout features is its ability to brew both hot and cold coffee. Whether I’m in the mood for a hot cup of joe in the morning or a refreshing iced coffee in the afternoon, this machine handles it all with ease. Using the K-Iced is incredibly simple. Just pop in a K-Cup, select your brew size, and you're good to go. The controls are intuitive, and the coffee brews quickly, which is perfect for busy mornings. The iced coffee feature is a game-changer. It brews over ice without diluting the coffee, giving me a strong, flavorful iced drink every time. Plus, the gray color looks sleek and modern, fitting nicely with my kitchen decor. Cleanup is a breeze too. The drip tray is removable, making it easy to clean up any spills or drips. The machine itself is compact, so it doesn't take up too much counter space. Overall, the Keurig K-Iced Single Serve Coffee Maker is a versatile and convenient coffee maker that delivers great-tasting hot and iced coffee. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a variety of coffee drinks!

Happy for the upgrade!
So I needed to replace my old 2.0 Keurig that I bought years ago. It was starting to be unreliable, and also not being able to brew anything without the QR code on top was becoming a problem. After a lot of research and online comparisons I stumbled across this brand new model that seemed to have everything I was looking for! Features I needed - strong brew, reservoir (hate filling each time), and tall enough to fit my 16oz tumbler without removing the tray. Nice to have features - under $100, smaller footprint, iced coffee Just a quick aside to address another comment or two that complained about a plastic smell - I rinsed the reservoir and ran about four cups of water through before I brewed my first actual k cup and I didn’t notice any different than usual taste. The brew seems to be just as fast as the 2.0, not sure about the strong brew yet, will test more tomorrow - after three cups of coffee today I decided I’d better stop before I had too much caffeine! I did try out the iced feature though, and it was perfect. Very excited to have this option for summer! For anyone confused - iced is not the same as cold brew. The coffee brewed will still come out of the machine hot, you will need ice. The machine just brews a stronger liquid in a smaller amount so that when the ice melts, it doesn’t taste watered down. I filled a Pyrex measuring cup to 1 cup of nugget ice and then brewed at the 8oz iced setting, it ended up being 8oz total including the ice and the coffee together. I added my regular creamer (natural bliss vanilla) and it tasted great! The counter space being taken up seems to be cut in half, which I am super excited for. I will miss the LED screen I think, but since it didn’t always work right, I’m probably safer with the buttons! So to sum up, if you’re looking for a machine with the qualities I wanted, the K Ice seems like it will do a good job. (If anything changes, I promise to update my review!)
